I have just fill up my tank this morning at 10 am. The employee were talking with his cell phone, no focus properly what I am saying. At the end I said thanks but he didn’t say anything because he was talking by phone. I am a regular BP customer since 2001 and some other BP gas station I didn’t see their employees talking with phone like this. I hope owners have to be pay attention about this issue. Thanks for your time.

9 out of 10 when I go to this station they do not like to place the cap to the gas tank on the hook. It is there for a reason, you ask the attendant to place it on the hook they look at you like you are crazy. I don't think the owner spoke to the attendant. Went there today told him his name starts with Ka do not tap the card it does not work he proceed to do it anyway after I asked him not to the his let the gas cap hit my car I tried to stop from putting gas in my car I wanted to leave at that point. He told me to be patient. If he proceed to argue with me. Very unprofessional. If you aren't happy with your job then work elsewhere. I will be going to another BP

5/29/23 ... 6:30 am I go to fill up my tank and it stops at $32.08 ... I tell the attendant clearly to put $32.50 ... he puts $33.00 ... I was paying with my credit card ... not to make it a big deal but the spanish older gentleman tells me in spanish that nobody puts that amount ... I told him it's what I want not what you want ... he then raised his hand like he didn't wanna hear it and then gave me the hand signal to get out of here ... don't know if I'll be going back there anymore
