We were promised a pickup window of 3-7 days on the website. Then found out our items wouldn't be available for months. My husband spent hours on the phone with customer service. He was promised free white glove delivery. Then spoke to someone else and said that never happened. Then they canceled our order and my husband had to spend even more time getting it reinstated. The whole process has been an absolute nightmare.

I had the best experience at BOB’s Totowa! I literally was in and out. I was immediately greeted by Robin who made our experience 5+ stars, as she was super knowledgeable and kind. She even took her time to ensure my kids were okay so that I could enjoy my shopping experience. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I had the best experience at the Totowa location at Bob’s. We worked with Craig and Candida and they both expertly helped us with our daughter’s new apartment. They were both kind, friendly, professional and super helpful. We had looked at furniture at a few places and had given up finding the perfect pieces. Not only did we find the perfect pieces, but we were able to completely furnish the apartment with all items we are excited about. We are grateful to Craig and Candida for their patience and for their enthusiasm with Bob’s furniture!

I've been a customer of Bob's Furniture in Totowa since 2011. My first sectional is still in great condition. This visit was great. CP was my rep and definitely got the job done expeditiously. I ordered a new living room set as well as a headboard. Looking forward to my white glove delivery in the next few weeks!!!
