Horrible customer service. They never tell you anything and don't call you back when they say they will. Most of the time when I call the phone stays silent for about a minute and then the line will just disconnect. Hate having to work with this pharmacy!

This is a specialty pharmacy. As long as you are proactive with your doctor & prescription. You should have no problem.

The woman at the counter is so incredibly RUDE! She refused to answer questions about my medication. I would ask a question and she would respond with “I don’t know- it’s whatever your doctor said”. When what she should have done was ask the pharmacist. She finally huffed and yelled out my question to Nadia who provided an answer immediately. Was that so hard to do? If you don’t like your line of work or don’t need to work- please leave! There are people who would give anything to be employed right now, please give them the opportunity!

worst customer service. My doctor called in a prescription I needed at 1230 Saturday. I called in to make sure it will be ready, I paid on the phone as my husband was rushing to get there before they close at 1pm. A lady calls me yelling is your husband on his way? We gave him the address! (lie) If he is not here in 2 minutes there is a $50 after hour pick up fee. LOLOL Ruthless liar. no way to talk to anyone. maybe her name is Karen? if not it should be.

*UPDATE *My doctor called in more prescriptions to Glen Rock pharmacy. Glen Rock called me to notify me about two important situation regarding my insurance and the meds. I informed them I will be picking up my meds the next day. They assured me everything will be ready so I don't have to wait.As I went to pick up my meds, everyone was so nice to me and surprisingly the lady I spoke to previously sincerely apologized for forgetting to call me that last situation. I accepted the apology. I will continue to get my meds at Glen Rock. Never had a pharmacy staff apologize to me. It was appreciated.(Previously)If your doctor calls in a prescription. Make sure you call this pharmacy immediately to confirm they have your meds because they will not call you back to inform you that they don't have it. Also, when you go to pick up your meds, call the pharmacy and tell them you are on your way to pick up your medications and please have them ready because you refuse to wait.I called them early and told them I will be picking it up, by the time i got there (2hrs later) they said they didn't know what time I was going to pick up.Docs called in a prescription in the morning, i called pharmacy to inform them i am on my way to pick up and have meds ready, she tells me she forgot to call me and to call my doctor and have them call it in to another pharmacy. Unprofessional and no compassion.

Meds available for over night delivery on point even during covid crazy mail backups. Pharmacist answered a late night call of mine, helped me navigate my worries.... those two things I would give them 10 stars if I could. Perfect service every time so far :)!

I have to add I very rarely write reviews but this entire experience was so seamless I had to write about it. Yesterday I had to give myself a mail order RX that accidentally broke on application and since it had to be administered within a certain time I was desperate to find a pharmacy that carried it. After trying all the big names I called Glen Rock and Nadia the Pharmacist was so kind that she spoke to me on her way into work and had my RX ready 15 minutes before official opening time. After making sure I had gotten what I needed she worked with my insurance to ensure I was not charged full price out of pocket. Within 1 hour of my call to the pharmacy I walked out with my product. Thank you Nadia and the entire GR Pharmacy. You turned my entire day around!

Why can't they pick up their phone? After hearing a ridiculously long menu, I was further sent to another menu. When I hit the appropriate number, it sent me back to the original menu. After going through the entire process once more, it finally rang and rang but no one picked up. Last time I'll ever try them. Rock Ridge or CVS!

Not the pharmacy it once was. Orders called in by doctors are not ready so when you go to pick it up two hours after it was called in, you have to wait thirty minutes. I have made my last trip to Glen Rock Medical. Stopped providing my son’s inhaler. If you want good service, go to Rock Ridge Pharmacy across the street.

Just terrible. They should not be able to deal with time sensitive medication if they can't get their act together. Very unorganized. Was told I haven't filled a certain drug with them since March of 2015 even though I was holding a vial marked July 2018 while on the phone with them. They called me back to say "whoops...there was a glitch in the computer". At this point I called originally at 9am and now it was 5pm. Ended up filling with Freedom. Also, I once went to pick up a prescription and watched as a young girl...couldn't be more than 16 filling prescriptions. I am pretty sure that is illegal. How this place hasn't been flagged and fined is beyond me.

Honestly terrible, Fraud they just want steal your money they refuse to file a claim to my insurance, calming that it's not covered and that was a lie cause they don't want get paid little amount for that medication they make me pay cash triple the price for the medication cause I don't know right price. HORRIFIC MANNERS

It is nice that they ship the medications to you, but customer service is pretty terrible. I needed a shot shipped overnight due to the timing of several other medications needed. Long story short, they did not call me back to confirm payment and my address (even though I had already given it to them over the phone) until 2:05pm. The cut off time to ship anything by the next day is 2:00pm, and I was told I was too late. Now the hundreds of dollars that I have paid for fertility treatments and IUI are essentially wasted because I cannot get my trigger shot on the correct day, and the lady was completely unwilling to work with me.
