“I have been bringing my 1986 Jeep CJ7 to Jeff for the last year now and he is great. He first installed new steering as well as new lines. Then new exhaust. He also just did a complete brake and front end rebuild, brakes & lines, rotors, bearings, hubs as well as new motor/transmission mounts. Jeff is professional and honest. He is also very good at his trade and I never worry about the work performed. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to have good work done to their new or Classic cars.”

“to say it was LONGGGG anxious process would be underplaying it, but the outcome was a total success. Cairo from the start was very attentive and helped facilitate things and work things out on my favor. He was very detailed and followed through with in every form. Management was top notch and so accomodating to my needs, they deserve a gold star. Shout out to Lele, for also being incredibly insightful and looking out for my best interested. Whatever situation you may be in, trust me I cannot recommend this people enough! Check them out and drive off happy!!”

“I don't often find the time to leave good reviews. It's unfortunate that most people typically sign on after poor experiences to take it out on a company online. It's essentially the only way to air your grievances & possibly reach someone higher up the chain of command. Well, I'd like to change that with this review because Empire Auto is an excellent resource for Body Parts.I have been dealing with Empire Auto for over 10 years. I remember CAP being the only body parts dealer in the area. They were and remain the most frustrating & poorly run organization in Newark. That's why I am amazed at the great management & team over at Empire. They are night & day when compared to their competitors.Empire always has their inventory in stock. They do not mislead and they do not change stories or make up excuses. If you need a part & phone it in or order online, rest assured it will be there when stated. I have never been disappointed by this company. “I went to Route 46 to purchase a used vehicle I saw online. I drove about 90 minutes as it seemed like a good deal. When I got there, there was quite a bit of markup on it and I wasn’t happy. The sales people worked with me and gave me a great deal. I left with the vehicle.

The next part I wasn’t so happy with. I don’t know much about cars so didn’t know how to check it well. I took it back home to PA and failed inspection. I called probably 8-10 times and emailed another 3. No one was helping or responding. At this point I figured I was going to have to eat the $1100 necessary fixes. While waiting at the garage while getting it necessary items, I was irate and called the dealership again. This time I told them I just need to talk to the highest up person possible - I again was sent to a voicemail of “Jamie”. I figured like all the other calls, it would go unreturned. Jamie called me back within 5 minutes from her cell phone. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. She asked me to send her the emails I had sent as well as a copy of the garage bill. She said they guarantee their vehicles to pass inspection. After it was finished, she mailed me a check for the full amount of the bill, including the inspection fees, more than I was even expecting.

You can go here and deal with confidence knowing their upper management has your back (even if the direct employees are unreachable after sale). If you have any issues at any of their brands, call and ask for Jamie - she will make it right and in an expedited manner. Every dealership should have a “Jamie” that cares about the customers and gets things done swiftly!

The car is now fantastic and I couldn’t be happier.”
