Just had my windshield replaced for my daughter's vehicle. Friendly service and very responsive. Was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using them.

Unfortunately, I found my car this morning broken into; completely smashed-in passenger window and everything from the car strewn about on the sidewalk. It was very unerving. I called my Hyundai service center and they said it would cost $735 and would take five days for the window to arrive. Fortunately for me I found Arc on the internet. The owner, Jeannine, personally answered and was calming and reassuring. She said to come in in one hour. Upon arrival, two gentleman named George and Randy removed the door panel and vacuumed and cleaned the car completely. Every shard of glass gone! The new window arrived and was installed. I was out in one hour and ten minutes. Total cost including tax, $218.00. I cannot recommend Arc enough. From phone call to finish: 10/10!

Super refreshing when you come across a business with this quality of customer service. I work outside of my home state and had a chunk of cement fly up from the opposite side of the freeway and shatter my sunroof while driving and had to get it replaced ASAP. The lady who handles the phones at Arc not only remained patient with me over the phone while I was in a poor cell service area, but in the time I was struggling to get service she was calling around to salvage yards to locate the specific window my vehicle needed because it would’ve taken 2 weeks ordering directly from Jeep. I came in the second they opened and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!

Needed to get my windshield replaced after it cracked. I was able to make an appointment
For the next day… they were able to replace the windshield at a great price. They have a key drop left the car the night before and it was ready next day by 4pm pricing was good as I have a newer car that also needs the cameras recalibrated.

I stopped in expecting to only be able to make an appointment to replace a broken window on my 22 year old pickup truck but they got it done today from start to finish in about 4 hrs.

Rude people with an attitude problem. Also they are unknowledgeable about insurance processes. I needed supplement paperwork added to my insurance claim and as a business who claims to work with geico “all that time”, they have no idea what they are doing. Even the geico supervisor I spoke with warned me about working with this business.

Friendly, fair priced (cheaper than the national one with the jingle), quick with an appointment, and no issues after the installation. As it was our minivan's back window which has the rear defroster that needed to be replaced, and you can't confirm that the defroster was re-connected properly until colder weather, Janine said if there are any issues I can bring it back then if there is any issue. What more could you want?

Horrible service. Bad attitude. Cheap materials. Don’t waste your time here unless you’re okay with the cheapest materials for a horrible price. Getting my car fixed at Toyota was just a little more expensive ($30 more) and at least they have quality service and parts. Don’t waste your time and money here
