Very nice salon. Great staff. Did both my daughters hair and makeup for formal and did a color and cut for one. Wonderful job each time. A little pricey but Would definitely recommend.

Dont go plz .Nightmare,i went their in sep 2016 to hightlight my hair ,tht lady gave me app at 11 i went their in exact time ,she made my hair ornage and it looked so bad,she told me my hair is blck thts y it needs at least 7 to 9 hours to get blond highlights i hav a baby so i had to leave at 4 ,i was so dissaponited ,she saw my hair colour and i showed her the pic how i want my hair ,she could hav told me before tht it will took this much time and everything but she didint i gave her 200 dollar for tht orange hair and also tht bleach she used it was so bad tht it took me 1yr to grow my hair,my hair stoped growing. Another time this year 2017 my husband wanted to do ash silver highlights,he went thier at 3 she started doing his hair by 9 his hair was so thick and blond tht it looked so cheap ,she dont him the same tht his haor is blck so it will took 9 to 10 hr to get ash silver highliths ,she told him to come bck tomorrow, Thn he went their again at 9 in the morning and still at 2 his hair is still white blond ,it looked horriable and his hair got so thing tht whn he touch it comes off,its like thin rice noddles he paid 100 dollar and he gave her 20 dollar tips Plz plz plz dont go their thy will destroy ur hair plus it will become ur nightmare,u will get afarid to do ur hair in the salon bcus of them

Ambiance is a great salon! No matter what I get done they always do a great job. They are flexible with scheduling and it's a great environment. Whenever I get my hair colored and cut I am always satisfied with the results. Definitely will continue to go there!

Ambiance is AMAZING! Cindy is helpful and sincere in helping you figure out the style that I would be happy with. Their colorist is always spot-on and takes care that my hair looks great. Very clean place, scheduling is always flexible, and there is always fresh coffee and munchies. I have started bringing my daughter to the salon and she absolutely loves how she looks when she gets her done here. Their staff are very friendly, keep up with all the trends and cater to all styles. Thank you, Ambiance!!!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. I bought a Groupon deal for a Keratin treatment through them and the first strike against them was that the deal I bought was advertised wrong. It's your job to make sure, don't blame Groupon. Second strike was when I called to make an appointment and the woman who answers the phone tells me one thing about the product, I show up and the stylist tells me something completely different, causing me to change my schedule and come back another time. When I went back for my new appointment the Keratin didn't take. I was upset after spending all this money so I emailed the company and they wouldn't respond. Strike three. I kept emailing until I heard back, at which point I was told I would be reimbursed. Here I am 3 months later and I was not reimbursed, and not even given the respect of a call back. They have the absolute worst customer service and I will NEVER go to them again.

My hairstylist was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her while she did my hair. She didn't mind trying different things with my hair until I liked it enough for a wedding I was going to. Christina was great and end result was pretty. However, they charged me an unexpected high price. Even though they told me on the phone the day before that a blow out was around $50 and an up do would be around $70, depending on what was done, I was charge $95 (plus tip for my friendly stylist). I didn't have time to question because I had a wedding to get to, but I was not happy about that. I felt taken advantage of because they knew I was out of town. Later, the up do fell out quickly. Therefore, I can only give it 3 stars. It was a nice atmosphere and staff overall. The hair was pretty before it started falling apart. You should maybe establish pricing ranges before committing if you're coming here for the first time.
