I had found my wedding ring at the Zales in freehold but due to convenience i bought from the toms river location, the two assistances who helped me were wonderful, complemented my engagement ring and were interested and attentive to my thoughts about the rings i tried on.
They were great also when it came to following up on when the ring would be ready for pick up. i had misunderstood the timeline and called to ask if it was ready they said it wasn't and would call me tomorrow to confirm deliver date, i said that wasn't necessary as i had misunderstood their initial timeline but sure enough they called back the next day i thought that was very thoughtful.

Just wanted to point out the staff at this location are nothing but professionals and the customer service is always excellent . If you’re looking for a place to get jewelry and be taken care of like family this is the place to go. They always have the best stuff in stock and hard to find anywhere else .

I had a great experience at Zales going looking for a gold cross. Employees were excellent at freehold and Tom’s river location . But Once we found one we liked we purchased it online and shipped it to our house since they had sold there last one in store. Once received the necklace it was all tangled and knotted. You would think after spending $400+ they would do a little bit more packaging than a little goodie bag. I am not sure to be really disappointed in the quality of the chain or the fact I can’t wear a knotted MESS for the money I had spent. A great Christmas present for sure! A puzzle to figure out if you can. I am either going to have to return or buy a new chain and cut this one off. Very upset.

I have had nothing but disappointed with the custom engagement ring my fiancé purchased in July 2023. From day one, this ring has been a source of frustration and disappointment. The main issue is that the stone keeps coming loose, and I've had to send it for repairs twice already.What makes matters worse is that I was never offered an additional protection plan when we originally purchased the ring. We were assured that everything we needed would be included with the purchase. However, it seems that the quality and craftsmanship of this ring fall far short of what we were promised.Not only has this been a huge inconvenience, but it has also taken away from the joy and excitement of our engagement. The constant worry about the ring falling apart has overshadowed what should be a happy time in our lives.We expected much better quality and service when investing in such an important and sentimental piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, my experience with this custom engagement ring has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The manager Robert is ACES! He’s always very professional and ready at the helm to be there for his customers. Basically, the only reason that I always go back to his store to make a purchase.

Worse company to buy an item they have horrible return policy n customer service,I was passed the return date by 1 day and they wouldn't give me my money back,I will never buy anything from Zales again

Great experience. Gail got my engagement ring and wedding band nice and clean, set me up for a reminder to get it cleaned again, and looked up a warranty I’d lost the receipt for!
