5 Stars for GREG the employee who helped us! Greg was very nice, patient & knowledgeable. We were there well over an hour. Greg went above and beyond and made things easy & understandable. Greg even fixed my phone which had nothing to do with why we were there. Nowadays it's not often you find someone who is willing to do all this and not once making us feel rushed or a bother. Thank you Greg!

Xfinity is the worst internet service provider. My internet drops multiple times throughout the day. Furthermore, the customer service is nonexistent. Plan on spending 30 minutes going through an automated system before connecting to a live agent.Within 2 months of having this service, I’ve had my modem replaced twice, and I’ve had to restart it every single day.

Nice store. Had to wait about 20 minutes for service. I cancelled my cable and landline because of cost. Now they are charging me $132 for Wi-fi . This is insane. I am going to go with T-Mobile Wi-Fi at $50 per month for lifetime. Comcast is pricing themselves out of business.

Attempting to sign up for Xfinity's new service turned into a nightmare of colossal proportions. Calling them up revealed a shocking level of incompetence – it's as if they've mastered the art of transferring customers endlessly between clueless agents and inept departments. Brace yourself for the absurdity: I was bounced around like a ping pong ball, enduring over eight transfers, each accompanied by a delightful 15-minute wait on hold. A grand total of two-plus hours down the drain, thanks to Xfinity's spectacular showcase of inefficiency. It's truly impressive how a company can excel in providing such a jaw-droppingly terrible customer service experience. Kudos, Xfinity, for setting the bar so remarkably low.

My problem is not with this store but with the company itself.If you have any issues with your internet it’s beyond impossible to speak to any customer service representative.You will be faced with an automated machine that will have you walking in circles and not resolve anything. It’s a waste of time and disrespectful to a paying customer.This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with.I would not recommend this provider to my worse enemy.

i cannot believe the service i get with comcast. i have been a customer since 1989 and cannot get a person on the phone. for a diamond customer i literally get no customer service.

Xfinity prices continue to go up and their service continues to go down. In addition, they recently totally failed to inform me of a cost to come out to my house and surprised me on my next bill charging me a $200 fee. You can't talk to them - they just don't care.

Xfinity just sucks plain and simple. Waiting all day TV goes in and out or freezes. This is 2023 by now you would think they would be better prepared for the weather. The cost we pay isn't worth my aggravation anymore. Will be looking for other options. Sick of this monopoly.
