Very helpful and informative. Don't even bother trying yo do yourself on the phone with Reps because it will age you by 30 yrs,and still end up wrong.

Xfinity does not assist when a Google Pixel 8 phone does not work. I purchased a NEW Google phone at this Xfinity store and it stopped working only after 1 month. Google is completely inadequate at resolving the issue and the manager at this store named Suzanne was not helpful in working with me to provide me a working phone again. I was simply told I had to contact Google and she would not provide me a replacement phone knowing that Google was not fixing the issue. We finally received a replacement phone phone from Google after waiting 3 weeks and rushed right over to Xfinity only to be told that it is not compatible with them and they could not use it. I have been without a phone for 3 weeks and finally cancelled my service with Xfinity because of this inconvenience.

Not enough space, Anyone out there if you have any options for wireless , TV, phone. do that particularly if you are in the Tom's River area. In my 58 years of life have never encountered such terrible customer service. I have to get wireless through Xfinity because there are no options where I am. To everyone else who can do business with another company.

Mondo helped me yesterday when I came in for a new iPhone. Mondo’s customer service and hospitality was top notch! Very nice to see. Not only was Mondo very knowledgeable, he loved what he was doing. Mondo helped me select a phone & took care of every step. Im very satisfied with my trip yesterday. Great job Mondo?

very long wait while employees really take there time with small talk and whathave ya . A marketing technique used to make the customer feel relaxed potentially making it easier for the sale of new service and/mobile phone .

I have to be honest and say that Charles Bland went way above and beyond to help me with my problem which is more than I can say for others they I spoke to either there or on the phone I kept getting the round from others in the company telling me that nothing can be done, thank you Charles for taking the time to help me with my problem. You deserve to be Manager.
