This is one of the local Walgreens, only thing I'd say is that the pharmacy is always behind trying to get them on the phone is the worst, but besides that no complaints.

Scripts always take 8 hours to fill even though it says it'll be done in an hour. I have no car as mine broke down, I need my script to be ready when they say it will be. Today said 12:30pm. Called just now 2:32 an they said to give them AN HOUR AN HALF!!!. Unbelievable. My ride has to sit here with me all day cause I have no idea when they'll be ready. It's like this every month I get my medicine.

Charleen the pharmacist is wonderful, and has been nothing but helpful, thorough and understanding. 10 out of 10 from me! The staff is also just as wonderful I would recommend Walgreens on Church any day of the week! Thank you again for your professionalism!!!!

The pharmacy techs are lazy! As I'm typing this my call was disconnected. Common for Church Rd. I was at this location at 7:10pm to be told my prescriptions were never sent to Church Rd. Church Rd claims they can only see prescriptions sent to their location, that's a lie. The only other location it could have been sent was Old Hooper and Drum Pt. Shocking Old Hooper doesn't have my prescriptions. More Shocking they found my prescriptions in the system AT CHURCH RD! This isn't the first time!!! The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I'll be moving my prescriptions.

I went to pick up my prescriptions as my email said they are both ready at my ordered location. I get there and only 1 is available. The lady at the drive through window wasnt very nice and told me they dont have it, its been filled at RT 37. I asked her if they can just fill it there simce I was there she said then I have to transfer it, no we dont have it, its at 37. Ok fine I drive to 37 location whats not here my prescription. The lady here at 37 was very nice and said why didnt they just fill it there I told her the lady at the Church rd drive through said no. So the rt 37 pharmacist filled it for me right away, and the drive through window women was very helpful, at least some people are still nice in this world!

I mostly visit the pharmacy here - usually the drive-thru. Sometimes there can be several cars ahead and one of the 2 windows is always closed. (I think the pneumatic delivery system no longer works.) But the staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they always have whatever medication I need in stock, even new ones, and they carry certain medications that I have not been able to get at most other pharmacies. When you phone the pharmacy, the wait on hold can be long - as it is with most pharmacies these days; but I use the Walgreens app to fill prescriptions and use auto refills which eliminates the need to call them. It works like a charm & I get a text when my prescriptions are ready.

Should definitely get David R away from the cash register and the public in general. Lacks basic communication skills, understanding of body language and customer service

These reviews are crazy! Are you people dumb? Do you not realize you are using the MOST commonly used pharmacy as your pharmacy then complaining about waiting… There are obviously hundreds of people ahead of you at all times, we live in a very sick world. I don’t need pharmacy training to understand the world doesn’t revolve around me. Get a grip on life people ?

Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is closed despite being advertised (as per displayed hours) as open. No signage explaining when they may reopen.

Tried calling the pharmacy three times and they hung up on me each time. What a great bunch of people.

This review is for all of the Walgreens pharmacy locations I've dealt with (NJ) and their policy on telling costumers if they have a medication in stock. I've been trying to find my prescription that has been on backorder at most pharmacies for about 3 months now so I've been calling just about every pharmacy in my area trying to find it. When I called Walgreens, I was told that I can't be given that information over the phone and would need to bring in the actual prescription.(JUST TO TELL ME IF THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK?!)Anyone that gets prescriptions nowadays know that most MD's electronically send your Rx to your pharmacy. So for me to have to bring Walgreens the actual written Rx, I would have do all of the things listed below just so they can tell me if they have the medication or not! First, I'd need to call the pharmacy my MD initially sent the Rx to so they can cancel the Rx from their system, call my MD to see when I can pick them up, drive to my MD's office (an hour away from me) to get the written Rx's, then drive all over just to see if any Walgreens have the medication!!That has to be one of the WORST pharmacy policies I've ever heard of!There's absolutely no need to add more frustration to the costumers that are simply trying to find their medicine and looking for a simple answer, which would take all of 5mins. instead of wasting what could turn into over a days wait. After a couple more calls to other pharmacies, I was finally able to find my medicine and now they have a happy, new costumer.

Never have stock. Most recently ordered my sons medicine didn’t refrigerate it and now I have to wait another 5 days. Very rude
