The automated call says the medicine is ready. When you arrive, cashier in pharmacy says 15 to 20 minutes more before the prescription is ready and it is more like an hour.

I made a phone call to Walgreens on Saint Catherine’s Boulevard in Toms River to see why my prescription was not appearing on my app. My physician said he had already called it in. I spoke with Mike the pharmacist who told me it was still on the recording and he would take it off and it would be ready in an hour. Then he stopped himself and said no come in in 20 minutes and I’ll have it for you. I’ve spoken to Mike quite a few times before and he’s always very professional kind willing to help us Patients whether that be healthwise or saving money I do appreciate when people are good to people in business And I wanted to make sure that Mike was shown appreciation for the above and beyond job he does

Nasty Employee behind the register. Insisted I didn’t have an account. Wouldn’t even try to help me. Just said “nothing I can do”. Never happened before. This nasty bitter woman should never be in customer service

Horrible service. Waited an hour beyond my appt for COVID vaccine. No one cared or told us what was going on or why it was delayed for so long. Pharmacist was much slower and more inefficient than any pharmacists we have encountered when administering vaccine/boosters. The “patient health room” needed a good cleaning.Such a disappointment.

So some Walgreens are excellent. I was going to one of them in egg harbor township and me and my wife kinda are taking a break so I’m in Toms River and being a 24 hour pharmacy ANY medication(controlled or no controlled should be filled at any time of the day) that’s one issue. The other issue Michael the pharmacy manager is rude and obnoxious with his slick back hair to think who he is is. Looks like he use to be a junkie himself and ANYONE who comes in with a controlled substance gets looked at wrong and it’s not right. Even my 60 year old mother. But this isn’t as far as I’m going. This is going to cooperate. And I’m in the customer satisfaction business myself and if nothing changes I will continue to call and call and call and call until something is done because it’s ridiculous. People need there medicine and they refuse them and do them when THEY decide they’re ready and it’s wrong. This will NOT be the end of me or my mother or my fiancé or my son who all use Walgreens
