horrible the way customers are treated i asked about sending fed woman never looked at me huffed rolled her head and said need to be taped and scanned to be ready to send out. I asked for tape she states it's in isle 2 and to purchase it. Nothing but attitude and disrespect here. Pharmacy has one woman who is beyond nasty too. God forbid you ask questions anymore.

I called before sending you a prescription to ask if you take my insurance and you said yes. I came in a hurry to pick it up and a very busy afternoon and after 10 min waiting k was told that you don’t take my insurance. You should be ashamed of your self. The technician said: I don’t know who told you we take your insurance. No responsibility, nothing. I won’t return.

If you need a Kushy manager job just apply here. 20 people on line for 1 cashier, customer service bell ringing for 2 separate departments. Was waiting for photo dept with 3 other people but the one cashier told us it will be a very very long time as it's only her and the manager. Never saw the manager, I imagine they were drowning in paperwork in the back. Fridges and shelves were barely stocked. Walgreens corporate should look into this location for time theft

This Walgreens is the worst. I give it zero stars Terrible. Waited 30 min on the drive thru line , which was snaked thru the parking lot. Picked up my medicine , got home they gave me the WRONG MEDICINE ! I called up was on hold for half hour , only to be hung up on ! I called back , where they told me to come back and return the drugs and they will refill my new prescription. I said " u take meds back " that's against the law ! Anyway they said come in and wait. I said I'm not waiting, u better have it ready. They hung up on me !!! I called corporate , ok they saw their error and said. They fixed it -go back and pick up new prescription And said we don't take medication back !! Ok. I go back to the store , do u believe they sent my prescription to a different STATE !!! Yes. I live in NJ My prescription is in Illinois !!!!!! HORRIBLE Zero STARS

I had Sam Chek me out. She was extremely arrogant and nasty to me. I don't recommend you come here if you want to be treated nicely. Corporate should find out about this and do something.

Lines snaking around the store. People packed together sneezing and coughing and spreading god knows what. Very inefficient system. You can see that most people get to the window and their problem is NOT resolved. So they come back later and get on line again. Calling in advance is not an option.

Everyone in this store is great, but lee and natalia in the pharmacy are the best!!! They always are happy and know their customer's needs. I only go when they are working .
