So glad I went here. Henry was my associate that helped me bring my numbers over from t mobile . He helped me understand the different plans. Orlando helped me get cases and stuff for my phone. Good team over there !

I needed some help and I have to tell you Orlando is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my whole life and Verizon. he shouldn't even be working there. I asked him for just a little favor he says why do you keep bothering me. My car was running I needed him to connect the Bluetooth. he wouldn't do it he says he's not allowed to go outside. then he said if you can't fix the problem in my phone he wants to charge me $29. Verizon I'm gonna get ready to go to another carriet soon. You messed up my phone today and you have a messed up manager there too he's rude and shouldn't even be working there

I walked in there and i needed some help Orlando the manager said if we can't fix it we're gonna charge you $29. I just asked him one question dramatically he wants to charge me money. So a nice gentleman helped me out and I asked Orlando if he could help me out with my Bluetooth he said no I can't do it. He was so rude he shouldn't even be working there OK he tells me I'm a problematic I don't think so someone needs a favor I pay good money for Verizon he's one of the worst managers I've ever dealt with in my life and he shouldn't be working there.

I went in because of a new promo. None of the staff were aware of the promo. The promo details advertised were false, which I half expected. My biggest issue is that no one thought or said, " Let's see what we can do." The girl wanted to help me, but when she asked the tall guy with glasses (16 years and no clue) and the manager (store has been terrible since his transfer), they stopped letting her talk. I got everything handled online, but I do prefer to shop in person to keep locals employed. Perhaps better leadership at the store would yield a better experience for all of the customers, as there were at least 2 other unhappy customers while I was there.

This new way of having you scan your phone as you walk in to see someone it’s ridiculous.You go through the motions and it’s not clear whether you are signed in properly. You ask someone that’s waiting, and they said they had to actually call the store. Call the store? I’m standing in the store for crying out loud. It would have been nice if someone greeted you to at least explain how to sign in.

Needed a quick upgrade since my phone started working very slowly. I walked in and was helped almost immediately. Angela was a great help, good conversation with employees while waiting. Happy with my experience here.

Loser Sales reps lying to people saying they have the iphone but in reality they don’t. You can order it online just the same or calling customer service. Loser sales agents want the broke commissions to make ends meet. Wasting people’s time by making them come in….CLOWNS.

Doesn't should get no stars went there today 1 pm talk to one guy he took my name said someone will help you just wait ok waiting 20 minutes looking around store see a guy come out of the back room he says can I help you l was told what's wrong he. Said oh prepaid we don't do anything for that here a manager at another store told me to come here what. F bull s H I T cc his name is Orlando strange but true what the F I hope he gets a good talking to
