Went back to Kevin because of his vast knowledge and friendly caring attitude. After Kevin fixed my phone in 5 minutes I decided due to talking to Karen earlier that I would get a new samsung galaxy 24+. The day before I had tried other verizon stores and verizon online help for 2 hours which only screwed my phone up more. I had used their store before and always recommended Kevin and Karen who have always been 100% in the past.Ellis Tozour

In this store, yesterday and I was very happy with the representative, that set up my phone. Andrew was the best, he is smart, definitely will get all the transferred information to the new phone. A few years ago I had a representative, and they were clueless. He was patient, friendly, respectful, helpful answers any questions. Also not pushing you when it comes to buying new products, offers but not pushy, nice. And saved me a trip to FedEx, to return my old phone too. But because of his hard work, spent two hours with me. I decided to buy new needed case, lens covers. I will admit products are priced high. But I am satisfied, Thank you, Andrew your the best! Keep up the great work.

What a great experience with amazing customer service. Jake and the man from the Point pleasant Verizon were absolutely phenomenal! I had an issue with my phone and they were able to upgrade me and lower my family’s bill! They even stayed late to figure my pain in the butt phone out! Thank you so much!! You guys deserve a raise!

I Just switched to Verizon Pre paid, I get very good reception in my home now, Very happy with the help I received from Karen in toms river rt 37, such a lovely person to deal with and very knowledgably. Thanks again Karen!!!

Karen is amazing! She took the time to listen and understand exactly what l was looking for. Karen not only found a perfect phone for me, she set it up and found a discount for which I am eligible but I didn't know about. Karen is knowledgeable, honest and kind. She delivers extraordinary customer service every time I come into her store.

Awful business practices- they told me “yes” for everything I wanted to hear to make a sale in the store, but all they did was lie. Instead of an easy trade-in in October, this experience is still causing me issues in January with my billing from Verizon.This store is owned by a 3rd party and Verizon billing support confirmed for me over the phone that they lied about promotional deals in order to make the sale. Even Verizon support recommends not visiting this store due to this behavior! I’ve lost hours and my patience due to the billing issues that have occurred every month since the trade-in and my bill for the last 2 months has grown over $100 more per month.Don’t even give these guys foot traffic, just use the online store or an official, Verizon-owned store.

I have to preface this review by saying Karen is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to fix the mess the store manager made. Only go to Karen or Kevin if you visit this store!Now, the store manager is a horrible human being. She completely mislead my husband and daughter when they were purchasing a gift for me on Christmas Eve. Apparently, this is a common practice of hers and she even goes as far as encouraging her employees to do the same. There’s more but I won’t waste my time writing it. I’m going above her and will do what it takes to ensure she’s held accountable!

I came here to swap a defective Verizon Router, the staff said “there’s nothing we can do for you without an order number”. I said okay how can we proceed? I was standing there, in person, with the router and my bill with all my info and they handed me a customer service number to call. Why the hell am I going to call customer service when I’m standing right in your store talking to a person who’s supposed to be the customer service! Spent a half hour talking to automated machines on the phone which were not helpful at all instead of being able to deal with a person in the Verizon store. What an awful customer service model to exchange equipment.

This has to be the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. Piss poor customer service, they just don’t care. So called manager thinks it’s a hangout and don’t care bout the customers. Place is trash.

I go here for all my phone upgrades for my family and business. And I always go to my go-to salesperson, Kevin. He’s been helping me for over 2 years now, and he’s very knowledgeable, tech-savvy and makes the best recommendations for my needs.Any questions you have, he will answer and make suggestions. When I switched my internet plan with him, cutting the cord with cable, and eliminating the house phone, he told me that Verizon gives discounts for wireless customers, and by putting the bill on auto-pay with a bank account, I would save even more. My wife also had the Play More plan, which allowed me get Disney+ and Hulu for free, allowing me to cancel my membership I was paying for.After getting to know him, we always chat about family and things outside of work, making the time pass a lot faster. He’s also served in the military, and I like to support the country and our veterans.Give them a try, make the switch, and ask for Kevin.
