I had a great experience with the phone representatives, but when it came time to swap out equipment in store I was given two of the wrong boxes, when I noticed they were the exact same as the previous cable boxes, they told me they will come with the updated remote and features. Every time I tried to contact the store I was sent to a phone representative. Save yourself time and just call Verizon when you need equipment or plan change, only go to this place to return equipment, new equipment may be shipped directly to your house.

Wonderful experience here the representative took time to figure out my needs and help me into the right phone and contract going forward. I am a long time loyal customer and I have seen the good and horrible but this is a good one. Highly recommended.

Went into Verizon really unsure of what we needed and Karen was more then helpful walked us through the whole process saved us money actually and was more then patient with everything we needed done. I work in sales and I can tell you she was amazing with explaining and helping us understand everything. Perfect service would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I cannot recommend Jake enough as a Toms River Verizon store associate. Every time I have any questions or concerns about my phone he quickly answers my questions or takes care of any problem to my complete satisfaction. He is a valuable employee and deserves a big raise!
