Called, owner Bob told me to bring it in same day.
Dropped it off, car done and I picked it up next day!
I have NEVER seen a cleaner, more squared away shop in my 60 plus years.
It was SPOTLESS!!!
Bob the owner was AWESOME!
Honest, patient, informative…
Explained everything when I was dropping off, called and told me the problem was what he thought it was and kept me informed via telephone.
He told me how much it was going to be, and that’s how much it was.
He’s a great guy, and runs a rock solid business!!

As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's great to know that there are some people in the car business who will give you straight answers and won't try to rip you off, and that's what you get when you go to Tranz Connection. I went to AAA for an oil change they told me I needed $600 worth of repairs to my brakes. I took my car to Bobby (the owner of Tranz Connection) and he took a look at it and said everything looked good and this is how places like AAA stay in business: By telling people they need work done when they really don't. If you're looking for honest people in the car repair business, look no further than Tranz Connection. They're the only place to I trust for advice/repairs.

My fiance took both my Mazda and his van for oil changes (different days) and while I wasn’t there, he raved about the service and customer service of this local business. It’s difficult finding fair pricing and honest workmanship, but this place has both. My fiance said they even shook everyone’s hand. We are new customers and will be using Tranz Connection going forward, thanks to all the staff here!
