Don't think I'll be giving them my business again, chose Tool Time because at the time they were close to my house and they were fast to "fix" my truck and the shop was clean, I've had multiple repairs theree, with now two major issues regarding their work, 1st was the inner and outer tie rods and ball joints, got the work done for $1,900 two days later a piece they didn't secure flew off and had to be towed back to their shop which they did honor, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and got more work performed there, well my truck once again broke down this morning two weeks or so after getting another repair there. I brought it to my companies mechanic who fixes my companies work trucks and turns out they never secured a few hoses correctly and did not finish the work I paid them for. in my last repair for $1,500 he quoted me on the phone for belt replacement and coolant hoses and only fixed the coolant hoses for the same price, I've given them over 4k in work only to have it continuously fail, they also replaced a leaking fuel line I had and I keep getting a "check fuel cap" light on in my truck, it's all been fixed and repaired now by my new mechanic, I don't know if it's because my truck is old that they don't care for it as much as someone with a newer car, but I feel cheated and robbed by this mechanic, I work hard for my money and try to take care of what i have so when stuff like this happens it throws me off my axis, just wish I had gotten second opinions elsewhere

04/04/2024: Tool Time repaired my Honda CRV HVAC-blower motor. Dropped off the CRV in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon. Their work is prompt and priced right. I also brought this CRV for an inspection and general maintenance last year. 2 Years past, they replaced a broken axle on my this 2010 Honda CRV and did a general tune-up.

I went to Tool Time for my first and certainly not last time for repair of the brakes on my 2017 Mazda, something I had been advised I would need done by Mazda at a future service. Mike, the owner, went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I appreciate his efforts. The work, which included a synthetic oil and filter change, was fairly priced and in line with the rates I had expected. Unlike many corporate auto repair centers which lure you in with low priced oil changes and then, "find", additional and, "urgent", work that needs to be done Tool Time did what was necessary and so far has done it well. Thanks Mike.

I’ve been using Tool Time for all my auto service needs since I moved here 6 years ago. Mike, the owner, sets the tone for friendly, efficient & reasonably priced service. His staff is responsive & they stay in contact for any questions & details you need to know. I’ve seen Mike go out of his way to help people get back on the road as quickly & safely as possibly; sometimes doing a small favor for no charge. This place is the real deal.

Awesome experience with Tool Time! Everyone was very nice and the mechanic Mike even offered to test drive the car with me to make sure my car issue was fixed. The coordinator Jennifer even offered to give me a ride after finding out I had walked home. A little on the expensive side, but definitely worth it because of the amazing service.
