“I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my Traverse RS. My service advisor, James Ippolitto, approached me promptly, greeted me with a smile and told me he would be taking care of me today. He was very friendly and personable. He already had all my information and escorted me to the waiting area. Shortly after I received a text from him stating that if I should have any questions or concerns regarding my automobile I could text him. My SUV was done quickly! They called me within 30 minutes of making the appointment to tell me they did not have the tires, but could order them and have them there that day. Staff was professional and provided great communication from start to finish. My only complaint is they didn't set the tire pressure once they replaced them. My tires should be set at 33 psi, and I left with my tires ranging from 35- 40.”
