This place is ridiculously shady & do not care about their customers at all. I tried returning a pair of shoes in store & was met with a horribly rude manager. So I spoke to customer service & they sent me a shipping label to return my shoes. I mailed them in & have not gotten my refund. It’s been 2 months & I have reached out to customer service so many times. The initial representative is always nice & they have relayed to me that Tilly’s did receive my shoes & that someone will contact me in a couple days. Again, 2 months ago. I have been told the district manager would also contact me &have never received any point of contact. I just want my money back or send me the shoes back. But theft is not okay.

The manager was so rude & unhelpful. I went to return a pair of shoes I just got in the mail the day before & he processed the return & I was about to leave when he opened the box & saw the sticker on the bottom was ripped & he said he cannot accept it & recharged my card! He also lied to customer service on the phone. I left so upset.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They had some really nice items I hadn't seen anywhere else. Purchased a shirt & a hat and am extremely happy with the experience. Will definitively be back!

I honestly love tillys... I'm really small and they always have my size. The employees are so nice and helpful and idk what that other review was saying, lol. I definitely recommend this store.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! never going back to this store they either jump down your throat or ignore you and then they watch you to make sure you don't steal anything its so obvious and insulting like anyone would steal there garbage
