They are always pleasant and helpful. Sometimes the lines are longer than I would like, but I do see how hard the associates work and I am ok waiting.

The teller Clay is somewhat rude and standoffish. I asked for a 10$ roll of quarters he says he doesn’t have it in the bank. I said are you sure do you want to check again. He comes back with one. I said it’s obvious that you have coin orders, things coming in and out. Why do you say you didn’t have it. (No answer)Don’t tell people you don’t have it when you don’t know. He then says it was the last one in the bank. The amount of lying is speechless. I used to work You are able to check the amount in the coin locker. Why do you lie about the change. Why do you lie about saying this is the last rolled quarter 10$ in the bank. The people of this bank are entitled to their money in any form. It may be a small thing but that teller has to serious start taking his job seriously. First time there. The architect and interior is very nice, however I left feeling unimpressed that I had to really push for 10$ in quarters.

They dont answer the phones. Over 30 minute wait for currency exchange. I left without exchanging to go to another branch.

Jon was extremely helpful, professional, personable, amd explained things very well, which I greatly appreciated in getting help with my first credit card.

They use to be super fast here and provided great customer service but not anymore. The wait times have increased and the friendless of staff has disappeared. 1 star.

This place sucks! There's always only one or two tellers inside and the longest waits ever. Been standing in line with three people ahead of me for 20 minutes.

I was in line for literally half hour while the line was out to the door to be told u have to come back next week for cash that is in my acct. Was not offered a bank check just told they would order. I tried to call ahead to avoid hassle buy they never answer!

Was there 2 hours waiting to be called and a woman named Rebecca let one of her friends who was there for 15mins go before me and 3 other people that end up fighting with her and end up leaving and going to another bank like I plan on doing she wasted my whole day to take care of her fiend .

Waiting almost 30+ minutes to change a simple debit card pin. Not everyone in the branch is equipped to change a simple PIN number

I am not one to leve reviews but today really upset me. I see most banks close at 5, I get out of work at 4:30 so I rush to my nearest TD bank at the time, being this one and get there at 4:50, I go through the teller drive through lanes, I get to it and wait a bit to get my items ready, then ring the button to get teller and I get a “hi I’m Corey (or Cody, can’t remember) I’ll be with you shortly” I say “great! thank you!” I wait and cars come and go and come and go but i try to be patient, so I ring it once more after 10 minutes as cars who got there after me leave, no one answered. It’s now 5pm but there’s still a car or two so I wait and I tell myself to get my cash ready and pen ready to be prepared when I speak to someone so I’m counting my money and when I look back to ring the button for a third time, the two last cars leave and I am being told “the banks closed you have to come back tomorrow” I out of shock say “excuse me???” Then proceed to tell the guy that I’ve been waiting since 4:50 I was told to wait so the only person left there proceeds to help me as I assume he realized someone forgot about me completely. I do the deposit which I need to do with a teller as I have been for the past year because I need the specific receipt they hand me for reasons I do not need to disclose and no one has ever given me an issue about doing this deposit with a teller, ever. I wait there another 10 minutes and he sends over the receipt and says “just so you know this could’ve been done through an atm” very passive aggressively like I had taken so much of his time. Like excuse you I was waiting there, at that point for half an hour as it was 5:20, so I say“the point is I was told to wait--“ and couldn’t even get out a full sentence because he cut me off saying a very passive aggressive“Have a good day” and walks away.A simple “im sorry for forgetting about you” would’ve completely changed how the whole interaction went because I am a very calm and forgiving person but his passive aggressive tone of voice really was so rude, completely ruined my day. Not that that matters to anyone but just be nicer to people.

This branch seems to never answer their phone. Continually have to call the customer service 800 number to get help. The customer service always says you must be dialing the wrong number, then they try and come back on the phone and say your right they aren’t answering. Very very poor customer service and many mistakes on their part.

This place is the worse. My daughter went to take money that her grandmother gave her. When she tried they said they needed my grandmother or someone who has power attorney of her to come. So we did that and still refused make all excuses why they still couldn’t. They said they would over night it to us . Will it’s been 6 days and still no check. My aunt has either been in the phone or went there. Lies after lies . They finally mailed it out over night to find out they sent it to the wrong address . So still no check. I will never do business with them ever once we get this settled.

Went there today, 15 minutes waiting at drive up, 3 lanes, not one moved, finally gave up, went inside, worker with phony British accent said a customer had a difficult transaction, that caused the wait. B.S., all 3 lanes didn't move. Not convient at all!

Needed a bank statement. Went through drive through. Asked for 60 day statement. Guy sent me 30 day. I asked him for 60 again. He said he can’t do it. You’ll have to come in to the desk. I went in.. waited on line for 20min! Spoke to a girl told her I need a 60 day statement. After 10 min of hacking away on a key board, She printed a 30 day statement. I told her I need 60. She’s said “I can’t do it, maybe if you sit at a desk someone else can help” I grabbed my stuff and I walked over to 10 empty desks… and took a seat.. waited 5min.. until a desk person appeared and pulled someone off the line to help them and seat them. At this point I’ve been here for 40min. I literally couldn’t take it anymore and walked out like a Karen cursing under my breath… bad experience. Hate these people, ruined my day… put me in a bad mood.

Well today I went to cash one check. I recently started doing jobs on my side. One customer gave check $800. When I went cash check they took long time I was unaware why they took longer than usual to cash check. Well I had a cop behind me dint pay no mind. Customer called me couple minutes after I left bank apologizing about bank had called her and said they where going to have me arrested if she had not provided me check. Of course she one of my loyal customers she clarified everything. Point is I was never told they had a concern they never gave chance they just assumed and I can clearly see is because I’m Latino. I noticed some kind of racists before of their treatment. Changing banks asap
