This store has sadly gone so beyond downhill. I used to love! Management is ridiculously incompetent, only one sales associate always.. if you so choose to checkout @ a register that is..Moreover, the guy associate whom is the only one up front i have ever seen lately… is so awkwardly… rude, uncomfortable , unfriendly…my words can not even convey.
Moreover, I witnessed customers in need of help, and the two female managers (4/18 around 6:30 pm Toms River location) were so pathetically clueless, either could figure out how to work their own pos system ?♀️ I mean seriously???? Zero brain activity . Aside from that they were nasty as could be to every person who approached them. Just awful! I really hope corporate sees this review as these women should no way be working in this position or with the public!
I presume there must be training?! Where do they even find these people.. my conclusion…this company must have hired out of pure desperation. SOS!!
Horrid shopping experience. Do not waste your time @ TR hooper ave. Target . Go to Brick or Manahawkin location.

There website is never accurate. Says stuff is in stock, I visit at least 4 times this month, never stocked once!

My experience at the Target in Brick, NJ location is always a pleasure . The employees that work there are genuinely nice and helpful. The store is very clean, and the lines, if any, move quickly. Returns are easy, especially if you use the app.

Every time I do Drive up orders now, it takes 45+ mins for them to bring out the orders! Half the time, there are missing items from the order. They need to fix this!

The drive up service is a mess. Only 2 people to run orders during their busiest pick up time (4pm-7pm) according to their app. Can’t get connected to customer service by phone. Absolutely ridiculous.Update: 45 minutes later and I finally got my order and were missing 6 items

They only had one person behind the pickup counter and he was going above and beyond for each person in line. They accidentally left out one item from my online order and not only did this employee offer to go get it, but he also said he could refund me for the missing item. I told him that it was no problem at all and I went to go get the item myself as I could see he was very busy and trying his best. He ended up giving me a gift card for the “inconvenience” of having to grab the item myself, but I had no problem doing this! This target always has the best customer service. I wish I got this employees name because he really needs a raise for how kind he was!!!

A trip to Target is always a good time. I love browsing the store. If I was rich I would be in there all the time haha. I love checking out the cups that they have at the Starbucks. Target fan all the way ?

Was surprised I found my local Walmart much nicer than this Target. Not a fan. Overpriced and honestly don't even know why they bother having groceries there..

Drive through pickup is super convenient, however, 4-5pm is their business time, I don’t recommend picking your order up in that window.
