Initially when designing our website she made some mistakes. When I called to let her know, she said that she cant help for the next few days.Months later again we had an issue again where the site that SHE set up stopped working and it was costing us AGAIN hundreds of $ in losses a day. We reached out to her politely asking if she can fix it. First she ignored our messages and then she sent a message through a 3rd party that since we do not have a contract with her, she is unwilling to get involved, no matter what we pay her.The bottom line is, she does appear to be a nice person. But know that she is a one man show and can be unprofessional at times.
