From our very first meeting with the owner and partner of Sipe Adjustment Group we were happy they both came out to see the scope of the lightening damage done to our home for themselves. We appreciate the expertise, diligence, negotiating, consistent persistence of this team and what they were able to achieve for us in the end with our insurance company. They were always prompt with returning emails and phone calls from the first to the very last day of our settlement. We fortunately contacted them through a referral we received and so grateful we did. We learned throughout this entire experience that homeowners shouldn't do something like this on their own and absolutely need proper and effective representation. Thank you to Sipe for helping us with our insurance claim on our recent house fire. Big shoutout to Paige, who kept us apprised of all updates to our claim via text or phone or email. Also, as we do not live local, it was really appreciated that Paige met with us when we could get there, weekends, or after work. The team at Sipe Adjustment Group was by far the best experience We have every had. We lost our home to a broken toilet that flooded everything when we went away for vacation. We called Jesse and his team and within the hour they were there at the house taking control of everything. We did not have to worry about anything, they took care of it all. They found us a place to stay, they saved what could be save in the house, they got us furniture to rent, they contacted contractors for us to use when repairing our house and most importantly they dealt with our insurance company. Jesse, Paige and Nicole did everything in their power to get us back to our life before the flood. We are and always will be grateful for their hard work and the time they put into our claim. We highly recommend them. Thank you for everything you did for us.

I had the pleasure of meeting in Jesse Sipe at the result of a toilet that exploded in my newly renovated basement, causing major water damage. Jesse was recommended by my friend Wes Blakes. Wes raves about Jesse’s character, kindness and professionalism. After meeting with Jesse at my condo, I went from feeling overwhelmed to being much calmer due to Jesse’s complete confidence in assessing the situation. Two days later, Jesse had his construction crew at my condo and we were on our way. I highly recommend Jesse Sipe. He’s a great man and will take good care of you.

We cannot say enough great things about Jesse and his team. These insurance companies will take you for a ride and it is so crucial you partner with the right people to go to bat for you. Jesse is knowledgeable and experienced and took a very scary/unfamiliar situation and walked us through it seamlessly. He was one step ahead (at least) every step of the way.

Last year we lost our house in a fire 2 days before Thanksgiving. Meeting Jesse and Paige from SAG the day after the fire was a blessing. They immediately helped us though the process from securing the property to dealing with the insurance company, counting the contents (everything was counted, even down to the bar of soap in the bathroom), clean up, demo, securing the architect, bidding contractors, and helping with our living arrangements.They are passionate about their business and treated us like a friend, which gave us hope in a seemingly hopeless situation. Our insurance tried to lowball us on the property and value of our contents. Paige and Jesse fought for every penny that we were entitled, maxing us out to the maximum of our policy. As a result we were able to us a portion of the contents settlement to expand and upgrade the existing footprint of our house.I highly recommend SAG, they will help you through the process, reducing the stress and will fight for you so you can recover and move on.

After our fire - Sipe Adjustment Group fought to get us the best settlement and managed the whole insurance claim process making it easier for us to have a semblance of normalcy while being displaced from our home. From helping find us a suitable rental and coordinating directly with the landlord to get rent paid - to connecting us with a great contractor in order to get a high quality and prompt restoration completed - Sipe Adjustment Group gave us what we needed most during times like this - peace of mind. The folks are very pleasant and helpful - and are SUPER RESPONSIVE any time you have any questions or concerns. Being displaced is extremely difficult - but having them there to watch our back and ease the burden was the best decision we could have made. I would wish that nobody would ever have to be in this situation - but if you do find yourself in this situation - definitely make your first call to Sipe and breathe a little bit easier knowing they will have your back!

I had an truck drive right into my house late in the evening and that same very night in the midst of all the chaos regarding my home I called Jesse from sipe adjustments group. He answered my call and started assisting my family right away. Jesse and Paige took very good care of us and guided us through the insurance process. They definitely do deliver and produce results.
