Never consistent. I bring me same two cars through once a week. depending on who is working depends on what features they turn off. Today I went through, and they turned everything off, basically the car was just sprayed my car down and rinsed it off. My windshield is filled with smeared bugs...
I should be getting the same service every week, I Do Not. It is a shame...

Let me start by saying this is not Silver Bay anymore. I loved Silver Bay, went all the time. "WENT" being key word. At first glance outside looked good. The guys seemed to be working hard on the windows etc. I made sure top tip both groups of workers front and back. When i got in the Vaccuum job was good. But the area around gear shift and cup holders was terrible. And when it drove away the windows (front & rear) showed massive streaks and the corners were missed completely. Sorry to say I will not be going back or reccommending to friends.

I'm am disgusted with this place. I bring all of my cars there all of the time.... well I used to. As my car started to roll into the car wash I noticed that someone turned on my wiper blades... I ran to the front desk and let the lady know.. by the time someone answered her the damage was already done to my car. $2,500 in damage was the cheapest estimate I could find. The manager TJ assured me they will take care of it and not to worry. Today I was told by the same manager that the owner will not fix my car. The wiper arm was hanging off the side of my car and it needs a new assembly and wiper motor.
Update... after a bit of back and forth the owner gave me a partial payment towards the repairs. Changed from 1 star to 2 stars.

They always are so welcoming and more importantly they do an amazing job and are very thorough and quick with the oil changes. Highly recommended!

The oil change service is great, but the cleaning crew is not even sub-par. I can't count how many times I've paid for the cleaning packages, and still spent 10-15 minutes finishing the job properly myself. The windows and dash board still have major spots, the door sills are barely touched, the cups holders aren't even cleaned properly. It's frustrating because it's a crew of 5-7 guys tackling the car at once. It's super disappointing.

Had my car washed today with the platinum package. The outside of the car was OK but when I got into the car, the windshield and dashboard had been sprayed down, but not wiped at all. I needed to wipe it down myself. The dashboard was still dusty. The cupholders had not been cleaned. Overall a bad experience. And I tipped a very well. Don’t think I’ll return.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Very disappointing experience at Silver Bay car wash. I have been a customer for 16 years and never had any issues or problems before when it was family owned and operated. The new owners and management do not care about their customers. Decency, honesty and respect to the customer is gone. During my last wash, they broke a piece off my car. The manager asked me to send him my car information so he can order the part ($30 part) I texted him the information on 02/07 and reached out 2 times with no response. I also called the car wash 2x and no one would call me back after leaving a message. I went back to the car wash and waited for the same manager. The manager said he changed his number and tried to tell me my car came in with that broken piece. He was showing me a video saying you can see my car had this broken piece - my car was not broken and the video shows nothing because there is nothing! The manager refuses the replace the part.
This is not the first time they broke something. A previous time they broke my rear windshield wiper cover and again tried to tell me that is how the car came in - after fighting with them, they found the cover in the tunnel & put it back on.
The whole situation is very disappointing, to lose a long time customer for $30 …. Very disappointing and sad. I don’t recommend anybody to go there, or if you do take pictures of your car before you enter the tracks/tunnel. Today I went to Fisher Blvd car wash and was very happy with the service I received. I recommend to avoid this place and use Fisher Blvd car wash instead.

Excellent service. Staff are quick and efficient and let you know if they see any general issues you may need to take care of with an oil change. The car wash staff are great.

If I could give it 0 stars I would but the 1 star can be for the young lady at the register, she did her best with what she is told to do. This new management is not reasonable and the amount of negative feedback from returning customers speaks for itself.
I have been taking my cars to this location since I could drive, I will no longer be going back. Please save your time and money. They are over priced with mediocre services and have zero regard for the community they serve.

150.00 for an oil change because they only have one type of synthetic oil.... I'll do it my self.
