The Saker family owns and operates 40 stores...you think they would lower their prices with this garbage economy? No, they are raising them. They figure"These are mostly retirees here, they'll pay whatever we charge." We are not retirees, and the prices are outrageous. You can tell by the lack of reviews answered by them that they don't care. They are multimillionaires and are giving their customers a good fleecing. A head of iceberg lettuce there costs $4.00, and at Trader Joe's $1.99. We need another decent store in the area, but in the meantime, we'll drive the 30 miles to Wegman's to get what we want. The produce here, especially the organic, is always old and rotten. They have brass balls, I'll tell you that.

I have been ordering ShopRite fromhome every single week for almost 2 years now. I picked it up every single week. They really are a great group of employees working in that department. There is only 1 unpleasant blonde woman who always makes my experience uncomfortable. I don't even understand how she still is employed there. Any time I have a question and/or problem she is the last person I want to speak to. My 3 top favorite workers are: Hope, an older gentleman with glasses, and a younger gentleman with glasses! They make my life so much easier and I am so grateful for them! This is the best ShopRite around.

While I'm sure this isn't true about the whole staff, I feel the staff needs a lot of HR training. I felt very uncomfortable as I witnessed a Shoprite employee be publicly humiliated by an older white male who must've been his manager or something. The employee who was being ridiculed had to have been a teenager by the looks of it, and he seemed genuinely confused as to why he was being spoken to that way IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Those kinds of conversations should be had with respect and in private! I will not be returning because I do not want to see that manager again.

If I could provide zero stars I would. I witnessed what I can only assume to be management berate a young employee, who I later found out was autistic, in front of patrons. Absolutely deplorable. I would never shop at a place that can't even treat their own employees with respect! Disgusting!!!!!

This store is always very busy but it is the best ShopRite around. They have the largest section of healthier foods. Unlike most markets this location has 2 aisles designated for the dieters restricted individuals. Vegan / gluten free / low sugar area

Recently my son proposed to his girlfriend and he wanted a bouquet of roses without breaking the bank. Even though it was after hours and the end of the day the person working in the floral department knocked it out of the park making him a gorgeous (and affordable) bouquet. The quality of the roses were spectacular. This past week we lost my sister in law and we chose Shop Rite to do our floral arrangement and it was absolutely the most beautiful and bountiful one in the room (and most affordable). I highly recommend their floral department for any specialty needs. Exceptional.

Overheard the Pharmacist tell a patient that they wouldn't fill a script bc they "did not want the element" around in regards to someone in need of pain management. I was appalled. Literally nobody chooses to be in pain. Pharmacists literally count medications. They aren't doctors, they have absolutely no idea what anyone is going through. I was truly disgusted for a "healthcare provider to say that to anyone. Especially when they have no idea what that person deals with on a daily basis. Shame on her.
