A good place with many coastal items. I went into my lamp no one approached me, and the man who was there seemed annoyed when I asked him to plug it in to see what it looked like. I have shop there for two decades and it is not to seaside furniture I knew. Many items do not even have prices. Am I supposed to carry a piece of furniture to a scanner? All in all good merchandise but highly overpriced.

Great place to purchased handmade hard wood furniture. Business is family owned for over 81 years. Everything is high quality + and the staff was very helpful.

I ordered a pub table and 2 chairs. Should have been delivered. When we discovered we had to sell the beach house we called and asked to cancel and receive a refund. They said no even though a delivery wasn’t even in the near future. I called several times to explain the situation. Now, the set is ready for delivery but there is no home to deliver it to. We have to rent a van, drive to NJ, pick it up and rent a storage space all because Seaside wouldn’t let us cancel even though I called back in June.

Great family run furniture store that delivers. I've tried others, and they fell short. Bad second party delivery people and poor quality furniture made me turn to a family run business for over 80 years.

My wife and I were very pleased with the overall experience using Seaside Furniture for the first time. We were in the market for a sectional and a dining room set. Brady, our salesman at the Toms River location was most helpful and took time to explain details that helped us find exactly what were were looking for. The delivery process and smooth and professional. We had one minor issue with a chair that was rectified immediately by the customer service rep, Karen, with one phone call. We will not hesitate to use them again.

This store is a mess weeds all over there property. For what they charge store should be prestine.*these photos are from today, 8/31 if you get a landscape every week I think it's time for a new landscaper.

Furniture is good, but what good is a bedroom set in my livingroom. Delivery men told us the furniture couldnt be brought upstairs. Heck, they even wanted to dump the stuff in the garage. Kinda wonder what delivery charge was for. Store completely non responsive about issue.

Great customer service while you are in store and awesome quality furniture. I have ordered a custom sectional we were originally told would take no longer than 12 weeks but took 7 months. We understood given Covid. We love the sectional and we decided to order a matching chair. We ordered the chair in December 2021. I hadn’t heard anything from the store and called for an update late June and the chair was in the warehouse. I picked it up 2 days later and the label said it was delivered 3/11/22 but we never received a call to pick it up. Disappointed they never called and told us our order was ready for pickup. Hesitant to make future purchases.

I can't say enough about this place! The selection is awesome and the low-pressure sales environment is great, but the service is second-to-none. Even with supply chain issues and inflation going crazy, we were able to furnish our shore house with the highest quality outdoor furniture out there! It took a long time, which they told us when we ordered, but when push came to shove they made miracles happen to be sure we were all set by Memorial Day. Highly recommend!

So disappointing. I spent weeks researching and working with the saleslady at Seaside Furniture in Toms River to select and purchase a sofa. We discussed that it comes as a recliner (electrical recliner)and I stated that I want that feature (recliner on both ends). My husband and my friend and her husband (total of 4 adults) was with me and we all agreed that the extra $600 for the recliner feature would be worth it. She wrote up the paper work, I signed it and provided my 50% deposit in August 2021. The sofa was delivered 2 weeks ago (May 2022) and it's not a recliner! I paid a lot of money for an electrician to come to my house and put an electric outlet in the floor so that it would be ready for when the sofa arrived. I called the store right away and was told there's nothing they can do b/c the order was not written up as a recliner. I got what I signed for. No apology, no follow up. I had to go to the store in person to get an explanation and once again, I was told nothing they can do. Barely acknowledged that it was a mistake in the custom order write up and barely got an apology for the mistake. I've bought 3 rooms of furniture at this store and just expected to be treated better and offered some options to make the situation better.

Our family has been buying from Seaside Furniture for many years. The quality of each piece has been top notch. We are very happy with the customer service and communication regarding timing because of the pandemic has been very helpful. We recently moved into a new house and had a vision for what we wanted. The salesperson was able to take pictures I had and find the items for us at an extremely reasonable price. We will be going back!

do not purchase any furniture that is not in stock as you will be waiting for 8-10 months if lucky. i was told in nov that my chair would be in early march,today i was told late may. plus the worker was very condescending.check out other reviews as i am not the only one voicing complaints

I ordered a dresser for our expecting child in September of 2021. I was promised delivery by February 2022. I called multiple times in March after still not receiving the dresser or hearing from seaside furniture. After many phone calls I was told it would not be delivered until May. The staff told me it was not their job to call and update me about the status of my order. Awful customer service. Do NOT purchase from this company.
