Vinny B in the pharmacy always goes above and beyond to assist me. He is literally a lifesaver. Certain medications of mine have been recently out of stock or out of my price range ( no fault of rite aid ) for over a month now, he took the time, thought out of the box and figured out a solution for me. Thanks to him I had no lapse in my meds and don’t have to stress anymore. I appreciate his dedication, kindness and excellent customer service he provides and always with a smile. Thank you Vinny!

I love Rite Aid. At any of their locations I can find what I need and want . The employees are always very nice and helpful. I also love the rewards program.

Rite Aid is good for quick trips - it's relatively small, they have a small of a lot of drug store/grocery lines. The staff is very nice & helpful. The last few times I tried to get a prescription at the pharmacy, it wasn't in stock. But it was a pleasure when my father and I walked in to get our updated COVID and Shingles vaccine: minimal wait and very helpful pharmacy staff. A big plus for me is the bathrooms open to the public!

Longest lines in town, pharmacist will bicker with pharmacy techs, sometimes won’t have even filled your script for days even when medication has been in stock, and just generally a reflection of Rite Aid’s downsizing.

Waited on line at drive up window for over 1/2 hour with cars behind us. No one acknowledged we were there but looked over. The pharmacist assistant kept grabbing customers inside while we waited at the window to pick up a prescription that was sent in 8 hours ago and we got a text that it was ready. Not coming back. Don’t deserve any stars.

I had some questions about a prescription. Not only were my questions answered, Brian went over and beyond by offering to call other pharmacies for me since they wouldn't have the medication for a few days. He was patient and just so courteous. All of the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love this pharmacy. Thank you, Rite Aid!

CEO useless, can’t even run a company. 24b revenue 30m market cap, bankrupt. Yet ceo bought another beach house while staff and customers are scammed and mistreated, what a joke.

This place is the worst pharmacy. Have a appointment at 10am very few people in the store but told have to wait till 10:30 to start paper work for a flu shot what a joke

Used to be great but lately impossible to get on the phone. Today was the real deal breaker for me. Went to the drive thru pharmacy, and a very bar hand written piece of cardboard was taped to the window saying drive thru closed. I have a newborn baby in the car and not able to come inside, so was not able to get my prescription. I will be switching pharmacies.

I moved here last year in Toms River I was pleased to see a RiteAid the one I used in Middlesex County was closed. The young man who works at the cash register is super, BUT the women in the Pharmacy area could take a lesson from him they are rude and condescending.

Worst ever, have no idea how they stay in buisness, script was called in twice, but they have no idea.Zero problem solving skills, zero critical thinking capabilities.Now i sit here after surgey with no pain meds or antibiotics.After over 30 yrs of using rite aid on 37 and vaughn and after experiencing how bad the fischer blvd store is ,i will now be a customer of wallgreens.Rite aid is unreliable and customer service attitude is awful.Never again
