Epic! That is one word to describe this business. As a long time enthusiast of the sneaker world and in a world of re-sellers who may not be above board all the time, Phil and his staff change the whole game through professionalism and customer service. Their inventory is always top notch. The heir used options offer an opportunity to get lightly worn sneakers at a very reasonable price. They have a customer for life in me….kudos guys, keep it up!!!

I called before going to the store to discuss a trade of my 2 pairs for the store 1 pair plus had to add money on top. When I get to the store I had to pay $30.00 more than the agreed upon price. I don't appreciate being misled and the stores dishonesty. I wouldn't shop here again and wouldn't recommend this store to friends and family.

The most honest and real, sneaker store for Jordan’s & Nikes. They don’t rip off customers with prices and are super understanding and NOT pushy for a purchase which is huge for me. We will absolutely continue to give Rare Pairs our business and tell everyone we know!!!
