We moved out of our Toms River home and into our Island Heights home the same day. Because there were two financial transactions going on within hours of each other, these gentlemen had to quickly load us up and patiently wait for the “go-ahead” to unload at our new home. They were patient and treated our possessions as if they were their own. So pleased we chose them as our movers.

USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!!!
They will show up with an extra guy without telling you and you have to pay more than the agreed upon quote.
I had no clue when they were coming. I even called Bill from the company the night before at 5:55PM asking for an ETA and they showed up to my apartment in the morning and never even called me back to let me know when they were coming or that they were on their way.
They said it would take 2 hours max and were only bringing
2-3 GUYS MAX.
4 showed up which now had the bill being almost $700, when I was told it would be close to $300-$400.
My girlfriend called and spoke to the owner and he said
"because we tipped the movers that we were happy". Why would we not tip any of the movers? It not their fault, they were told to show up to a job and that's what they did. Of course we would tip them something for the job they did.
This was completely John's fault and the owner who is extremely rude on the phone and talks over you. It was also
"our fault because having 4 guys made it quicker",

though that made the quote go up and we had barely any furniture to move. (Two couches, a recliner, kitchen table, and a already taken apart bed frame)
It took about 2 hours to move.
I will NEVER recommend or use again. Also have a power drill missing from my grandpas garage, and now I'm seeing other reviews that they've had things missing. Horrible company!!!

Hate to write this the movers we nice guys but the estimate was 2600 turned into 4700 I get they worked very hard but they need to get there pricing under control I see a few reviews saying the same Felt like i definitely over payed ***** UPDATE just found out they stole my wife brand new FENDI BOOTS!!!!!$1700 will be contacting my lawyer and police STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

When a company sends an estimator, and he gives a bid of 5200, and says he wrote it heavy so it shouldn't go up, you can imagine how i felt when presented a bill for 10 grand. You've been warned.

Does not disclose full moving costs during initial quoting. Claims moving costs are common knowledge rather than disclosing of them directly. It isn't until last minute when the movers show up knowing the customer will have no other option but to pay. Shady small business practice and they are aware of how the operate.

Booked a "tentative" move date due to my new construction home not having a set closing date. The man who answers the phone was well aware that this could change. I called as soon as I found out the closing date had changed and he told me "too bad it has to be 72 hours to get your deposit back." I even told him I would just book another date 7 days later, however, he wanted another $575 deposit. Called bobs plaza movers, got me booked two days prior to my close and did not require a deposit.

I can't praise these guys enough! Ray and his team carefully wrapped my furniture and everything was delivered without a scratch! They were professional and very helpful.The price was almost $1000 less than every other moving company that quoted me.They said they would be at my house at 8 and they were. Not 8:05 but 8!Bravo!!! I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else.

Came to our house 2 times to quote us a price. After our move charged us way over price quoted. Also lost screws to our tv cabinet and never helped to replace them and fix the glass doors. Used 8 pieces of paper to wrap one lightbulb! Would never recommend!

You have a moving truck in my parking spot, IN MT LAUREL…. the truck is empty and the guy said he was moving it 20 minutes ago and it is still there!! Very Unprofessional!!! Many ppl move in and out and I have never had any truck block my spot!!! If they were professional they would have asked especially since it is a SPECIFICS IT IS RESERVED SPOT!!! They finally moved after 45 mins and came darn close to hitting my car…..

Great moving company! I heard horror stories of what can go wrong. They were the ONLY company who came out to see the job. Very fair estimate. True to their word. Workers were very friendly, polite and took great care in our furniture. We're moving from a rental to our forever home in a few months...definitely calling Bill (owner) again and requesting the same crew. I highly recommend this company!

Outstanding! I didn't have to wait to schedule an appointment for a quote. John was 100% courteous and professional. Made it crystal clear exactly what they do and what would cost extra. He was actually able to schedule the move 1 week from the date of the quote! I received a friendly reminder call the night before the move to confirm. The day of the move the crew arrived on time. They were quick, friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. They also work quietly. No loud music, yelling, or foul language. A+
