I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Renata Flaks, and I cannot say enough about the fantastic care and attention I received. Absolutely fantastic. The staff is so well organized and mannered. They give you all types of attention and even further support, for example: I showed up at the practice without having eaten, and I had to get a shot but I don’t deal well with needles.
Since I could have a blood pressure drop, the doctor offered me a banana for me to be able to overcome the issue.
Small details make the difference such as this one and the fact that they will actively educate you on your issue, rather than just feed you a pill.

Had my first visit with the office and couldn’t be more pleased.Staff were all amazing!!! Polite friendly and helpful. Dr.Flaks took her time asked me several times is I had any questions during my exam, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was a great experience.
