Eric at the front is extremely off-putting & rude. I wasn't able to use the red light therapy bc I didnt have any tanning eye protection....even though that is NOT a planet policy to have to need eye wear for beauty angel, in fact red light is actually good for your eyes. I had to leave. Guy needs therapy.

Manager is worthless the showers stink like old eggs and the walls inside the shower have orange stains all over them. The staff is fake friendly as is the manager denise, plastic smiles and hellos are a drad giveaway. No one cleans properly and it is unsanitary. I complained constantly about those showers, found pubic hair all over the floor, the shower curtains have black spots all over them and management does not make sure things are up to par. I can imagine the uncaring way they maintain the cleanliness of the machines. I have canceled my membership and will go to LA fitness they are cleaner.

Gym is nice. But if you go between the hours of 5 and 6pm not one of the employees will greet you. Morning staff much better

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The gym is very clean. Staff are always on the floor helping wipe the equipment down and making sure the floor is clean of debris and to answer any questions you may have It’s a very energetic and safe place to spend a lot of time at. Great for every fitness level.

Staff are nice but all the machines smell, I go to a few of the other PF's in the area and ocassionally you'll find one or two machines that stink - but the ALL of the MTS machines stink at this location, every single one of them it's nasty. I can't really blame them for not keeping everything spotless given it's Tom's River and PF pays new employees a criminally low wage, but the locations in Brick and Wall etc. are much cleaner. Might be worth the extra trip depending on where you are

Glenn! Is awesome he always stays professional hes the night shift guy and he's always working no matter if its 130am or 5am hes always multi tasking! Hes always super friendly and always making sure his Facility is up to date and clean! And always has the best customer service! Hes awesome! Hes a great asset to your business!

I have been going here for over a year. They have friendly employees and the facility is clean. However, January of this year my money in my wallet was stolen. Okay I didn’t have a lock on my locker, so my money was taken. I only had about $ 65 so I chalked it up to me being negligent. But no one has a right to take anybody’s belongings. Okay now we are in July , I brought my husband as my guest. He had a lock on his locker. So we felt secured. While he went to retrieve his belongings, someone broke his lock opened and took my husband’s cash. We immediately informed the manager. He looked disinterested and brushed us off. We filed a police report so this is a true review. I will be taken my business somewhere else and my daughter will be joining me. So they lost 2 customers. Everyone please make sure everything is secured you will be sorry!!! Don’t leave anything of value in their lockers.

place is bright, clean, and spacious. the staff are very friendly and greet when you come and go. the bathrooms are well maintained and i love going here for my training.

Wish people would wipe down their machines more but that’s not the fault of the management. Aside that, I really like this gym. Staff and management are really kind and go out of their way to make a comfortable environment. I do wish there were more machines though. The selection is slim. Also, I wish you could bring a guest maybe once or twice a month with the regular membership, but that’s a black card feature only. I guess that’s how they make their money though, so I respect it. I’m relatively new to this gym, and I think I made a great choice!
