These people are morons and just think it’s ok to waste your time. I called days in advance to schedule my free oil change. They scheduled me for 12pm. I show up and they asked if I was dropping my car off. Who drops their car off for an OIL CHANGE?! I find out they want to do a whole inspection and that it would take at least an hour. I told Gary at the service desk to skip all of that, the car has 5,000 miles on it, it doesn’t need an inspection, and to just do the oil change. He said that’s fine and it’ll be quick. I’m sitting in the waiting room now for over 45 mins and they still haven’t taken my car for the oil change. I was told everyone was on lunch. So why did they have me come in at 12 to sit around and waste my time? I told them I wanted to leave and they asked me if I could wait another half hour? I was too irritated and just left. Don’t offer people free oil changes if it’s going to be such a hassle. I’d rather pay someone to do it and be out of there in 15 mins. My time is important.

I’ve brought my car to this service center for years. I’ve never had an issue, staff members are nice but today, Olivia stood out to me. Her energy is so lively, super friendly and very knowledgeable when explaining and sharing extra information.

So over this dealership. Today was the final straw… come in on Friday at 3:40 for an oil change, I’m told the techs leave at 4 although when you call and online they say they are open till 5. The kid says we open tomorrow at 630am. I get here before they open, I’m the 6th car in line and they tell me an hour and 40 mins….FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!

Great service with Olivia when you take your car in for service. It would be nice if they washed your car inside/out when you take in for regular service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a car from here. They were supposed to have my car serviced the next business day but they failed to do so. It was listed as a certified pre own vehicle but after I paid and sign all the papers they told me the vehicle wasn't certified yet. Then when I said I wanted to just take my car home they would not give me the keys. They said even though it's my car that I can't take it. This is the second time this place has screwed me over and I will never be back here again and I will go out of my way to advise people not to shop for cars from this horrible place. I lost my job because they wouldn't let me have my car to go to work and they told me that it's not on them that I lost my job.

This is place has been a nightmare from start to finish. Continually brought my car in for the same issue and they continue to not fix or help. When I first bought my car they messed up the paperwork and I had to come in and resign paperwork. Seems odd they couldn't do paperwork correctly. Also most of the service center is just outright rude. Avoid here at all costs.
