Came to this Pandora today and when I walked in there was no greeting or anything…no employee looked at me for at least 30 minutes then they went to help a woman who had just walked in and I had let them know that I had been standing there, and if they were to look up, they would’ve seen me i did patiently wait and buy a ring but it truly saddens me that this is the service you get when coming to this Pandora. Freehold is a bit of a drive for me but i will be going there next time as it would probably be quicker!

I spend a lot of money in this store.. I bought a bangle around Christmas time this year. (2023) was told I could shower and sleep with my bracelets. So I did .Apparently I bent my bangle in my sleep. I brought it in and Tracy was soooo rude. She told me to take it to a jeweler to get fixed and walked away from me. She totally needs a customer service class . I went back yesterday and was approached by Sean! He didn’t disregard me Mike Tracy did but yet helped me out and bevy my bangle back!!! Thank you Sean!

I went into Ocean County Mall Pandora this afternoon 1/26/24 to exchange a broken ring. I told the woman it was a gift maybe over a year ago. She wouldn’t even look at it, very rude. Go to the freehold mall much friendlier associates.

Horrible customer service. Faithful customer, spent a lot of money. Would not replace an item with defect. Go to freehold before ever going into this store.

I’m in a line outside the store for 40 minutes now just to make an exchange, why a line to get in, just for an exchange? Never coming back again

I brought in my second bracelet to Ocean county mall location to be looked at because it won’t stay closed and I wanted to see if they could fix the peace or exchange it and was told because it’s been over a year they can’t but she’ll clean it for me which doesn’t make sense because why clean a bracelet I’ll never wear since it won’t stay closed I’ve lost 3 charms already because of it. My rose gold bracelet never did this and it’s full but my new silver one is a nightmare. I even asked if they use a company to fix them and she just said “no…… sorry have a nice day”. I could tell she was not interested in helping me which sucks for her because I planned on getting more charms and a necklace. But I’ll be sure to only go there for cleanings and else where for my purchases if I even buy from Pandora again.

Very nice store. Staff was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Store was very organized. I would recommend this store.

I walked in the store upset that I needed to possibly exchange or return a set that I was given for Christmas. The sales associate that helped me went above and beyond to try to help me find something that I would like, but unfortunately I didn’t find anything. I explained to her how I was feeling and she said she would grab a manager for me so that I could explain to her how I felt. The manager was extremely rude and gave me an attitude for no reason. Needless to say, this is not the first time we’ve had issues at the Pandora in the Ocean County Mall and will not be going back again if we are not going to be treated with respect, as the customer, by all management.

My very first visit with my mom was just ok. We had a very specific charm style that we wanted and they kept showing us completely different things. Several times my mom said that we just wanted to look at the gold charms. Eventually she had to get stern with the salesperson. I still don't understand why she wasn't listening. The salesperson seemed consumed with the fact that another family was browsing without a sales person to aid them and was ignoring my mom's requests. It would have been easier to order online. You have to wait outside until a salesperson calls you in, which is very odd to me. It is not a high-end store that warrants that kind of shopping. People should be able to browse.

staff is extremely patient. went with a teenage daughter and they gave us plenty of time and advice. very happy.
