I can’t say enough nice things about Linda! I bought a dress in Staten Island that they botched up and asked Linda to help me 2 weeks before the wedding!! She was gracious enough to help me and has done an amazing job altering it for me!! She is an excellent seamstress and an exceptional person!! I highly recommend her!!

Linda is the most talented seamstress!! When I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress I was so surprised when it arrived 3 days later! I had a few months for the wedding & every time I went for my fitting I lost more weight & Linda had more tucking to do. She was always gracious & accommodating with each adjustment! Always made me feel welcomed when I entered her shop. I would recommend One Special Evening to anyone looking for that perfect experience for that very special occasion ❤️

Was here for a wedding in October were I was a bridesmaid, I have waited to write this review because at the time I was so upset with them. Now months later I am still beyond frustrated with the events of this shop. They were beyond disorganized. Did a third of the alterations on my dress which at that point I took it home because it was two weeks before the wedding and I was busy. They had the bride in the shop for THREE hours the day before her wedding rushing to do alterations. She left and cried in the car from stress and frustration They had decided on these alterations in June and it was now October. They put the wrong name tag on my dress in front of my eyes, and I went to correct the lady. She told me I was wrong. I repeated that she just put the wrong name tag on my dress and after insisting 3 times, she finally checked and realized she in fact did. They asked one of the girls if she put on weight since we ordered the dresses in 8 months prior( they ordered her the wrong size ) she in no way gained 3 dress sizes amount of weight. I could keep going on but ultimately I thinks it's obvious I do not recommend this place. The seamstress was pleasant which is the only reason they are not getting a one star.

I walked in today looking for a dress to wear to a wedding TOMORROW, Linda was so helpful and accommodating hemming my dress immediately after helping me pick my favorite, she even offered to make a matching mask for me to pick up early on the morning. I’m a last minute lady and Linda really helped me out! Thank you! Will definitely recommend this place and shop there again in the future!

The bridal store provides tremendous value to its customers.Beyond simply offering excellent dresses, Linda is obviously and expert in other areas. She immediately noted necessary alterations to the dress and put us at ease. The next day it was ready and fitting perfectly.

Wonderful dress shop...had a gown hemmed .....Linda..was very helpful and did a beautiful job. I would recommend this shop highly. Also, any Communion coming up, she has beautiful dresses.

Linda is awesome. Her work is top notch. My wedding dress looked great and the fit was on point. Also my mom had a dress made in the Philippines which was not well made and Linda took it apart and fixed it. I definitely recommend her!

Linda was awesome to work with for my sons wedding. She did major alterations for my two daughters bridesmaid dresses and my mother of the groom dress. She also updated my mother's 66 yr old veil do we could use in the ceremony. I highly recommend her.
