Norwood auto parts are the absolute best Brian and Mike are extremely nice very knowledgeable and great personalities there parts are very reasonable and most are all oem parts which I love about this store on a scale of 1-10 I give them a 50

Went in to find a rear wiper blade. They had the product, much cheaper than the “big” auto part store.
Couldn’t get the old wiper off, the salesman came out and helped me replace it.
Thank you for great customer service. I will definitely shop here for auto parts again.

Really Great experience every time I go to this Norwood location! These guys really go ABOVE & BEYOND every time!! If they don't have the part you need they locate one for you.I recently had an issue with a Deka battery, which is very unusual. I brought it in and Brian was kind enough to keep the battery overnight to put a Full Charge on it with his battery charger. He then hooked it up to the computer and the computer said PASS, good battery. As time went on, the battery was losing voltage daily. After dealing with a dead battery multiple times, I went back to Norwood. I told Brian what was happening and he did the right thing. The battery was still under warranty .Although I misplaced my receipt, Brian gave me a brand new battery! Its service like this that will keep me coming back forever! Very friendly staff with a great sense of humor, Great service , & quality parts! All of these things will make me drive past Auto zone & Advance and into the parking lot of Norwood!!

I've been getting my auto parts from Norwood for a very very long time I bought a CV joint I bought one in july I put it in late Oct called instead of replacing it I was charged 89.00$ instead of 109.00 the store warranty is 30 day ok thank you it did the same thing with the one I paid 89.00 for I put it in and a few days later the u joint in boot locked up I called the guy and brought the CV joint back to Norwood I made an arrangement with the guy I said since this one is within the 30 days of the store warranty to get me a new one and this would be the last time whether it's held or it worked it would be the last time he agreed and said he had to order it from New York that he had none in stock it would be there Monday i went to the store and picked up the supposed new one they gave me the same one i returned first of all there was no new hub nut and I marked the one I returned for that reason don't make an agreement with some one and then do a horrible thing like giving the customer the original returned part and treat them like they are stupid that is no way to treat a customer or anyone for that matter but especially a customer going to a business that has been in business for years and especially to someone that has been buying parts and accessories from that business for a very long time you lost a loyal customer it was very wrong if I could award no Stars I would karma buddy karma

Wish I could've given these fine gentlemen 5 Diamonds!! So here's my story. I walk in with a customized size Air filter and ask, "Do we have a shot?" 1st guy checks to see if the numbers pop up on the screen but no luck. Then Mr. Brian steps in and says let me see that, he pulls out this old school phone book yellow pages of car parts and starts his magic! After a few seconds of searching in the book o parts he says "here we go, Air filters." He then proceeds to take out a measuring tape and little by little he narrows it down. 1st measure was the height 3", 2nd measurement was the circumference and BOOM He got it! Mr. Brian did what none of these other surrounding big chain auto parts stores couldn't do, he went above and beyond. Good one for the mom and pops!! BRIAN YOU ARE THE MAN!! YOUVE EARNED MY LOYALTY!!!
