I went in to get a new number. It was pretty painless. Round about $30 bucks. I think that's a wild price just for a change in number, but this economy sucks.

this location is an absoulte scam!! they try overcharge you for everything, have no knowledge in there job. When i went in there to do a return the 2 girls working there went in the back whispering and then they called metro got money taken of my bill with no cash back on the retuned item. just to find out after the return of the tablet the line on tablet was still active and i was being charged an extra 15 a month for something i dont even have anyomore. They also try to charge me over 100 to activate my daughters unlocked phone. This store and its employees need to be investigated. Whose pockets is our hard earned money going into

Lady in store outright refused to work with customer service as if she wasn't working for the same company. Customer service said they would wave the activation fee do to the fact they couldn't activate it on there end due to my prior phone being broken (screen doesn't work so no 6 digit code) and continued to tell me the only way to do anything is to go in to the store. When at the store the lady attempted to upsell me on an activation fee for my phone that i told her customer service was going to wave. The actual price of a device activation fee is $25 not $40. Instead of doing her job and calling DSG she claimed they do not in fact work together. So in my opinion this store shouldn't be called Metro by T-Mobile it should be called Ms. Metro with the sloganI will absolutely make you pay way more than you should because I want more money. I get if there's a commission base going on trust me been there done that. The fact remains do your job don't pretend your running a business that should tear down their sign to prevent confusion. You are either Metro by T-Mobile and therefor work with customer service or you are not Metro by T-Mobile and should either tear down your sign and replace it or just leave. I truly wonder how desperate the owner was when they picked this lady because if it were me just off her entitled attitude I would have never hired her. Especially if she isn't going to do her job properly. Oh and before I forget to mention it this took almost 6 hours of my day arguing with customer service for nothing because the lady wouldn't do her job. Thank you!

I've been using metro for years and I never had a problem till now. There was a lady that used to work there and after leaving a new girl came and she doesn't do her job. I liked metro but now I hate it because of this lady. Anytime I want help she's got an attitude and makes some excuse. I want help over the phone and she tells me oh I can't look into your account over the phone. So custumer service can and you can't? For years the workers there were able to check my account over the phone. It's a recorded line for God's sake and its not like I don't know my information. And now all the prices went up. It's pretty much a money scam now! I just really don't like this worker there because she doesn't help I had issues with my phone and neither of the new workers tried helping me. They sent me to costumer service which I was trying to contact them for days. I hate people that don't do their job. It makess me sick and it's stupid.like why work in a cellphone company if you don't even do your job right or aren't willing to help
