Rented a pontoon boat for 6 adults and three little children last Saturday. What a waste of time and money boat was underpowered or defective Couldn’t get up on plane Called from mouth of inlet and complained and was told to check to see if something was wrapped on prop. Didn’t see any thing continued for the day never feeling comfortable with the situation. When we returned we explained our experience and was basically ignored they were upset we were a little late because wouldn’t go at any kind of speed other than a crawl. Asked for the owner to call and to have a conversation and when they did a couple days later they were rude and said we should have complained louder. Definitely will not be back and wouldn’t recommend to others
