We bought a hot water heater from them and had it installed. The heater had a large dent that was covered by taping the manual over the dent. I have called, and always get sent to some customer service number and no one answers. I leave a message as requested and am told I'll get a call.back in 24 to 48 hours. The most recent of my 3 calls has been 3 weeks ago. No one ever called me.

Do not buy appliances from lowes. After multiple attempts they could not set up a simple delivery of a washer and dryer. Went to home depot and had no issues at all.

WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER! First of all went to the store and placed an order. Wrong item was sent and delivery said they can only lay it down in the neighbors yard with the broken wooden pallet beside it. We brought it inside and realized it was not the item we ordered. Called and was disconnected numerous times. Has to go back to the store twice to get it corrected. Took off a day for pick up of wrong one and new delivery only to be told delivery is cancelled after calling tons of times

Ordering window treatments. Lori Seubert on x2 visits extremely knowledgeable, helpful . Professional & efficient! Have ordered many window treatments here but this experience with her was a 10!!! Excellent service thus far !!!!

Ordered kitchen cabinets in March 2023, Installed in July 2023. Still waiting for missing parts since March 2023. I must go in person to the store to inquire about the status of parts because you can never speak to the right person. The sales rep. emails cabinet supplier but never gets back to me about status until I visit store 3 weeks later to inquire about the response , only to repeat the process again,and again and again, and again. Nobody cares, after spending many, many thousands of dollars on a Lowes kitchen, my only thoughts are regret, regret, regret.Lowes never follows up or finishes the job. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Assembly & Pickup order in store: DO NOT RECOMMENDWhen called to confirm if the order was ready the associate on the phone couldn’t locate my order. I had to call back multiple times to speak to someone, I kept being told someone would call me back and no one did until I spoke with a manager. They saw my order was stuck in limbo so they had to schedule it out another week. When I came to pick it up around noon the next week the order was no where to be found. The Associate at the time told me someone from the department would call me when they got back from lunch and I didn’t hear anything so I called back after four. Called multiple times finally spoke to whom I believe was a manager that I spoke to the previous week. They indicated they have the order and would put it into the front pick up area for us to pick up. The next day my husband and I obtained a truck to fit the pick up order. we arrived later in the evening. we went to wheel out the TV stand, we noticed nails missing in the back so when wheeling it back we took a closer look. The top wasn’t settled in to the middle support cubbies and the nails were misaligned and split the wood all across the bottom. There’s damages to the legs. The worst part is there were still supports and zip ties on two legs where I was able to confirm the store decided to give us the damaged display off the floor compared to assemble a new one they had in stock after waiting two weeks. Another associate told us our order was in fact assembled but had ‘disappeared’ from the back. If that is not a blatant lie they told to cover their tracks they have a real issue with employee theft and judgment.The associate and manager that night were able to refund the assembly charge and give a small percent off for the ‘inconvenience’ we still have hesitancy of ever returning to Lowe’s or recommending it to anyone. The fact we paid for a new unit to be assembled and had been delayed twice to be given a damaged display I would consider that borderline fraud. This place is an absolute joke. It didn't even feel like real life. The whole process felt like purgatory. The customer service made me feel like i was in the twilight zone. Nothing made sense. Rose the manager was so useless that she'd be more fit as a door greeter. Even then, she would fail miserably.

I purchased my kitchen and installation fromLowes 1 year ago. This has been a nightmare. I have called weekly or bi weekly to get all the damaged cabinets, shelves and damaged stove hood fixed. Every call is at least 45 minutes. I have spoke with the store manager, kitchen manager even the flooring manager. They say they will do something and call back but NEVER do. The lowes credit card just puts you back thru to Lowes costumer cares which does nothing either! Even corporate puts you back to their costumer cares which does NOTHING! It’s beyond upsetting to buy a new kitchen and get one that looks used and damaged!

Went into Lowe's to replace the faucet in my bathroom. Every single faucet on the shelf had the packaging torn open, while others were clearly scotch taped to appear unopened. On top of that, each package were missing parts and I was unable to find a SINGLE faucet with all the necessary components. To add to the dumpster fire that is Lowe's on Hooper Ave, some of the packages had dust/dirt inside of them, and scratched up products. The manager tried to sell me an entire new faucet & shower head, instead of the single part that I was asking for. For any of those wondering if you should visit this Lowe's or drive to a Home Depot, I'd HEAVILY suggest the latter. Screw this Lowe's.

I WOULD GIVE A REVIEW IN THE NEGATIVE IF IT WERE AN OPTION TOMS RIVER LOCATION. I purchased a refrigerator and specifically asked sales person John for one that was in stock.He promised me delivery the next day with a 12 hour window!! Well, guess what? No delivery. I spoke with Grace (manager) who then promised me the following day with a window of time from 8-12 am only to receive a message that my order was CANCELLED! Now it's 2 days off from work. I spent at least an hour trying to get a live person on the phone and was transferred several times. Finally I got through to Angelo and was now told that they reordered it and it will not be delivered for 12 days!!!!!!!LIARS AND ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have no idea if my order is in, cancelled, or being delivered , and cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve it. In the meantime i do not have a refrigerator.Never again.Do yourself a favor and stay away from the Toms River location.
