Went into Lowe's to replace the faucet in my bathroom. Every single faucet on the shelf had the packaging torn open, while others were clearly scotch taped to appear unopened. On top of that, each package were missing parts and I was unable to find a SINGLE faucet with all the necessary components. To add to the dumpster fire that is Lowe's on Hooper Ave, some of the packages had dust/dirt inside of them, and scratched up products. The manager tried to sell me an entire new faucet & shower head, instead of the single part that I was asking for. For any of those wondering if you should visit this Lowe's or drive to a Home Depot, I'd HEAVILY suggest the latter. Screw this Lowe's.

I WOULD GIVE A REVIEW IN THE NEGATIVE IF IT WERE AN OPTION TOMS RIVER LOCATION. I purchased a refrigerator and specifically asked sales person John for one that was in stock.He promised me delivery the next day with a 12 hour window!! Well, guess what? No delivery. I spoke with Grace (manager) who then promised me the following day with a window of time from 8-12 am only to receive a message that my order was CANCELLED! Now it's 2 days off from work. I spent at least an hour trying to get a live person on the phone and was transferred several times. Finally I got through to Angelo and was now told that they reordered it and it will not be delivered for 12 days!!!!!!! LIARS AND ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have no idea if my order is in, cancelled, or being delivered , and cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve it. In the meantime i do not have a refrigerator.Never again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the Toms River location.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM LOWES. I Repeat - Do NOT order appliances from Lowe's. I fell for their Memorial Day bundle sale and the delivery date has been pushed back several times. It's July 11th and my delivery date got pushed back AGAIN for July 18th. The appliances are literally in the store. I went there in person on July 9. However, it took 3 people and 2 hours to come to this conclusion. I don't understand why we are not getting our appliances when they are actually in-store. We managed to walk out with 2 out of the 4 appliances we ordered, one of which was dented and we ended up returning anyway. My husband and I have had daily calls with Corporate customer service and the fulfillment team at Toms River. No one is being transparent. I am at the point where I am ready to email the CEO and regional team on our horrible experience.

Ridiculously overpriced & lots of " management " standing around watching lines form while they have to help customers with self checkout, which is ludicrous in this location. Clearly, someone in corporate didn't do their homework & thought along with over-priced merchandise let's make a senior population do the work we won't pay a person to do yet pay 3 bodies to observe the long line for the single cashier.

Don't EVER buy a Samsung appliance from Lowe's ever again. Lowe's only has a 2 day warranty if you do not buy their own extended warranty. I contacted Samsung directly and had 3 technicians come to my house to inspect the internal damage to my freezer door. Even though Samsung has a warranty for 1 year, they gave me numerous excuses why they will not replace my freezer door damage that is now causing condensation to build up. DON'T EVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE FROM LOWE'S AGAIN.

Ordered 2 dishwashers so far and both were damaged, missing parts (bottom panel) and/or looked as if someone tried to install one and then returned it. Waiting on our 3rd dishwasher in 2 weeks to be delivered today, only to receive a call this morning that "the delivery company didn't put it on their schedule so they didn't load it onto the truck. We'll be sure to get it out to you tomorrow". Yay, another delay. 2+ weeks (from the 1st one we ordered) without a dishwasher thanks to Lowe's. Don't order appliances from here!

I ordered a dishwasher for installation and removal of old, which was supposed to be done this afternoon. The dishwasher was delivered but no one showed up for installation and removal. I called store and general Lowe's numbers. I was transferred around, put on hold over an hour and hung up on. I have no resolution to issue. I am very understanding of delays, but the lack of communications and customer service was not acceptable.

We ordered 4 Special Order windows and only 3 arrived. Not one person can help to figure out where the missing one is. When you call to speak with someone they either hang up, don't answer or keep passing your call around. We were told the lead time for the windows was 3 weeks and it took 5 weeks and we have to reorder the lost one which will probably take another 5 weeks! Unacceptable! Not the first time we had an issue here but it will be the last!

Worst run store and I think this is might be company wide. The system for installations is awful. We placed an order for installation and they "forgot" to contact the installer. The installer finally comes out for measurements and says; "contact them if they don't call you back in 48 hours". When I contacted them as he said I was told; "you have to be more patient and give the installer more time". Weeks and numerous calls later still no call no show from installer. Up until lately all the customer service have been very snotty. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
