Last year I leased a 2023 Silverado Custom 1500. Within the past year I had two get my truck towed twice from two different locations which is a huge inconvenience. Besides the truck being towed from those two incidents. I had to bring my truck in three other times for other issues with electrical problems, radio not working, and car driving rough. Not once did anyone ever ask if I needed a loaner car or anything. Seems like more of an inconvenience for them to loan a car and help you with anything. Do not recommend working with Chevy especially this dealership. Definetly never getting another Chevy after this lease is up.

We went to meet with Leo since we knew him from our old church. Leo was very professional and dedicated to find us a car that is in our price range. I recommend working with Leo!

JD helped me with purchasing my 2023 Kia Sportage at Lester Glenn and made my experience so much better and was extremely helpful throughout the whole thing. Walked me through everything and made sure i understood everything happening. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car!!

LG Chevy ln Tom's River took advantage of my 80 year old mother. Seniors beware! In June Mom took her car for service and after paying over 4000 dollars for repairs she showed me the receipts for the repairs and after reviewing, I found that they charged her for a new battery, after telling her that the one she had was not good and was cracked and leaking at the base. She was charged 272.77 for New one, along with other repairs. Turns out that the ( bad ) battery was never removed from it's bracket and is still in the car! I went with Mom to LG Chevy for a refund and was told by Mr chasey someone made a mistake and he would put New battery in, but we no longer trust them, and want refund. We were told a check would be sent in June. Four calls and 3 months later, still no check. Moms still paying interest on charges waiting for her refund. Every time she calls Mr chasey says a check would be sent. Hasn't happened yet! This is no way to treat anyone, especially a regular customer, now a former customer.

I was very fortunate that as soon as we arrived Dyllion was waiting for us and ready to help us. He made sure to reserve the car for us even though it was the last one available. He answered all our questions without trying to pressure us to hurry. He tried to do what he can to get us the best deal possible. Also the other staff we dealt with were very pleasant. Dyllion even took the time to show us how the car works and made sure the app was working properly all in all they spent a lot of time with us we really appreciate it.

Leo made my new car buying experience an absolute breeze! He was honest and listened to all my needs. He didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need or couldn't afford. Absolutely the worst 3 cars . liars purchased pre owned certified trex detailing sucked ,said new tires brakes liars you call say car may need oil change 4 weeks latter on an on . you people owe me money evry car I by from lester glen I got screwed !called 3 times absolutely no help hung up

My entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Javon helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs and worked it with my budget. Matt the manager came out and was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everybody was so helpful and really made the process very smooth. I am thrilled with my brand new Chevy Traverse and will be using Chevy in the future.
