This is the first vehicle I bought from Lester Glenn Chevrolet and I am extremely pleased with the entire purchasing experience. I was privileged enough to be assisted by Jamie Moreau, and the entire process was a pleasure. Jamie came up to me in the parking lot and immediately started helping me pick out the Silverado which would best meet my needs. Originally I was not going to take a test drive but Jamie was professional enough to insist because she wanted to make sure that I would be happy with my selection. Her knowledge of the vehicle and its components was superb. She is very personable and easy to work with. The review of my truck for the trade in was done very professionally and I believe I got a fair price for it. Jamie then came in the next day, which was her day off, to help me finalize a few more things with my truck. Jamie should be considered an asset to Lester Glenn.

Current car market is pretty brutal right now. More than often if you aren't an experienced buyer these car dealerships will try to take advantage and intimidate you.Walked in at 8pm (closing time) and told them my car situation. That night TY, one of the Sales Consultants, stayed late after hours to help sort through my possible options and helped make a game plan for tomorrow when there was more time. He was unavailable the next day but he ensured a really smooth handoff to Darian who is another Sales Consultant. Darian helped me test ride and work through my options. This took us past closing time again, but he did not mind. Both sales consultants felt very up front/honest and we were able to workout a fair deal in my mind. Luis the finance guy also did a great job.Again, the car and finance environment is pretty brutal right now but if I'd have to go anywhere I'd go here. And I'd ask for TY or Darian.

I would not recommend this place. It took 6 days to get an appointment, they preordered a tire so it would be ready for me. When I got there, The service guy looked at me strangely which made me uncomfortable. Then told me that my tire protection planned expired, but said this tire was paid for and had me sign off on a $0 receipt. But then lied to my face and told me that it needed replacing for the cost of $267 and can't be plugged. I declined. I brought it to the local shop I trust. They said if it needs replacing it'll be $45-60 less. But after sending them a picture, they said that it could most likely be plugged. I just left the local shop, where they plugged the tire and changed my battery in the key fob. And said merry Christmas, no charge! I get it, we all need to eat, but you don't need to be a crook and lie to make money.

I consider buying there one of my life's biggest mistakes. I'm stuck now but learned a valuable lesson. Walk out when they start to pressure. To be fair that is on me. Should've walked and certainly will in the future. Too much down. Too large a payment. And one big regret

Always a good experience! From the day I signed my lease to each oil change- to my most recent experience where the check engine light came on- I have been treated with kindness and respect. All of my needs have been met in a timely fashion and I have been thoroughly educated on all services each visit. I feel that each time, they go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Josh is always "on point" and a pleasure to work with. I truly feel I made the right decision choosing Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River.

Bought my 09 Silverado in for airbag recall. During installation they cracked my dash. Even though it's a 12 year old truck, they made good and replaced it.

Words cannot express the absolute fantastic sales dept here! the customer service is hands down the best.My FIL passed away in Feb and my MIL's car lease was up, now, my MIL is petite and a very Italian mom, need I say more?! so she wanted to go "car" shopping, she had zero interest in a SUV or any of the "new-spiffy" style cars. But, she was 100% sure Lester Glen had what she was looking for.. so off she went.... to my surprise... she fell head over heals in LOVE with a Chevy Trax!! Ryan Bahrle!! You are the sweetheart of my MIL, she couldn't stop talking about how understanding you were and listened to what she wanted.. I mean, I had to see for myself.. so the Tuesday we had had to do the car drop off and pick up.. there you were, ohh she was absolutely correct on her description of you. I could see that you genuinely cared about her opinions about the car she wanted and why! Seriously If I didn't love my Mitsubishi Outlander GT so damn much, I probably would have gone home with a new Chevy myself and to be honest... it wouldn't have been the first time, LOL. I have owned many Chevy's over the years. Anyway!!! I can't say enough about the great experience here and they truly treat you like family.My MIL sends her love to all and says, "Ryan is a true gem!" Mrs. Thomas Smith

The sales rep had us drive over an hour to come and see a vehicle. They called us at our appointment time to let us know the vehicle had just sold. They knew we had a long drive and could have had the decency to call when someone else began to look at the vehicle. We wasted a Saturday afternoon and 2 hrs worth of driving. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend.
