Got an estimate on some services to be done. When I was ready to begin on that I was told they would look at the schedule and call me back. Never received a call back.
Called another day and left a message. Again no call back.
So I've taken my business elsewhere. I might have been starting with the cheapest of the items on the list but that's my perogative.

I tore off the driver's side rear view mirror. It did have to be ordered, but I was in the waiting room less than an hour for the actual repair, which included painting the mirror frame to match my car. The owner is a lovely gentleman who gave me a reduced price since it was self-pay rather than an insurance claim.

Very professional. My husband had an accident with his f150, and they repaired his truck, and it looks like nothing even happened brand new. This auto body is awesome!!

Title: A Bumpy Ride with Kreans Auto Body Let me take you on a little journey, fellow Yelp readers, to a place where cars are supposed to get pampered but dreams... well, they sort of get deflated. Welcome to my experience with Kreans Auto Body. It all started with an innocent visit for a preliminary estimate. Ah, the promise of a quick fix and a shiny car - it was all very exciting! But alas, this is where the plot twists. After my chat with Carol, who was as pleasant as a sunny day in July, I left the shop with hopes as high as their ceiling fans. Carol, bless her heart, promised to call back the next day to set up a time. And so, I waited... and waited. Plot thickens: my phone became a prop in a silent movie. No rings, no buzzes, no melodious voice of Carol. I left messages with the diligence of a homing pigeon, yet the silence was deafening. During our estimate chat, they were more interested in whether my wallet was flirting with insurance or winking at cash. When I said it's complicated, things got more mysterious than a detective novel. Fast forward two months (yes, you read that right - two whole months!), the twist in the tale comes not in person, but in a voicemail. Carol's voice, now a distant echo, informs me that due to staff shortages and a deluge of big projects, my car's makeover dream was not to be. "Look elsewhere," she suggested. So here's the climax of my story: After a 60-day rollercoaster of emotions and unrequited phone calls, I appreciate the update. Truly, I do. But the plot hole in this story? Why did it take so long to get a "Sorry, not sorry"? I feel like I've been part of an unintentional game of hide and seek, where I was always 'it' and Kreans Auto Body was exceptionally good at hiding. In conclusion, fellow readers, if you seek a tale of timely communication and prompt service, you might want to audition other characters for that role. Kreans Auto Body, with all its potential, left this script unfinished and this customer a bit bewildered. May your auto body adventures be less like a mystery novel and more like a fairytale.

I brought my C6 Corvette to Kreans Auto Body to be repaired because I heard very good things about their work. Unfortunately, due to the extent of the damage and age, it was considered totaled. I was willing to pay more than the insurance might have given me just to keep it. However, the owner assured me because of the frame damage, that another rear end accident would be fatal for me.Everyone there from the owner to the girls in the office were wonderful to deal with and also consoling for my loss. I really appreciated that. I've included some pictures with the actual damage. To me, even with the rear bumper removed, it still looks great. All this because a young driver wasn't paying attention, and while I was stopped at a red light, ran into me.

A quick review about my experience thus far. I randomly picked a local auto body shop on a Google search for an estimate to repair some paint chips on my CX5. The owner, who I believe is the third generation owner not only took his time to inspect my car but also to speak about his families business. I was blown away by his genuine kindness and enjoyed listening about his life experiences being a multi-gen Tom’s river person. It is so nice to have the personal touch of a person who knows his business but also knows how to make you feel comfortable with doing business with himself and his shop We should support local business who still have a personal touch and do not mind taking a moment to chat. I plan to drop my car if next week to begin the repairs. I’ll post a follow up note after the repair work with before and after photos. Keep it local!

I can't say enough good things about Kreans Auto body. Chad the owner helped me out and was so nice to me. I have had a business relationship with them for many years and I was always very satisfied. I would never ever take my vehicles anywhere else!

I highly recommend, staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. I blew a tire on the parkway and limped off the TR exit…they put on my spare tire free of charge, all while actually closed. This is unheard of in this day and age! I will tell all my friends and family to go here that live in the area!Service: Tires

Chad and his team made body work to our 2016 Nissan Rogue has pleasant of an experience as it could be. after receiving the run around from the dealer, the manufacturer, and insurance, Kreans diffused the issue to repair and return my vehicle in record time. They were knowledgeable, kind, courteous, transparent, fair, creative, and fast! i would recommend anyone I love to make Kreans your first call. They are the BEST hands down.
