Kohl's is very disappointing lately. The help at register and the help over the phone. I have been shopping here since they opened and use to be my favorite store, but not much lately.

Cooperation and customer services is the strength of Kohls. The associates can’t be more helpful. Kohls is the reason to keep the brick and mortar stores.

Great experience. Dont be afraid of the self check out. The self check out is staffed by friendly and helpful associates. The associate who assisted me made sure I got all the discounts available.

I did it online order and went to the store to pick it up. I wasn’t quite sure where to go cause he move things around, but I asked someone who was so nice guide me 123 I was in and I was out in like two minutes, the store is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I was a customer at the Route 37 location for years.As per a visit today,that location will be history soon.In middle of the day,there was literally no personnel to answer questions, prices were unrealistic,one working scanner across the store, merchandise in the kitchen department was 60-70 percent higher than Boscov's and being in a retail store with almost no shoppers is scary at the least.You did no good to yourself by what seems to be a reorganization.Even the clearance area in men's clothing department had nothing to offer.My days of shopping at Kohl's are over.Sorry I don't have better feedback to offer
Hopefully another retail operation will occupy the space,more suited to the needs of the surrounding area,keeping in mind senior communities are prevalent
Sorry that your iconic name is no longer appealing.
