I read the Google reviews and told my husband I thought this would be a good place to open a business account. I couldn't regret my decision anymore. He has a new small contracting business and Kearny Bank has put an extended hold on all business checks, meaning he can't pay bills, employees, buy materials for jobs, nothing. He has no income; they are holding his money hostage! I cannot believe this is allowed and will be reaching out to the NJ-AG office to report, as well as the banking commission. It isn't their money to hold onto to. As long as a check is clear, the funds need to be released. I am so sorry we switched here.

I began banking with this bank a few years ago and they've never let me down, the service is unmatched, the girls and guys of the branch are extremely kind and pleasant, I own a business in the area and the offers they have regarding business accounts are very attractive and deeply appreciated. The hours are convenient, whenever something has needed extra attention they are always willing to help, you really feel cared for and secure banking with this bank in general but especially with this branch. Highly recommended.

I moved to the area about a year ago, and was so happy to see that a Kearny bank was on my way home. Super convenient! The staff is very friendly, and will go out of their way to help you. They treat you like family! I love my Kearny Bank!

In my almost 50 years of banking at many banks in Toms River I've never experienced such personalized banking until I met the Branch Mgr, Melinda Allen at Kearny Bank. The staff greets all the customers by name. Yes, by name. Melinda is so unique the way she always looks to see how she can help a customer succeed with their business. Every month, she promotes a local business. I've never not ever experienced that in any other bank. After a year of banking with Melinda at Kearny bank, my father-in-law made the move to. He's thrilled as well. I usually went to the drive thru in other Banks but not here. I want to go in. I want my kids with me to see how great employees service their customers! Of course they like feeling special too when the staff recognize them as well. Melinda & her staff are the best.

The employees including the branch manager, Melinda, could never do enough for me and my family. Recently we moved and are banking with a large, country-wide bank. It is impersonal and it makes me miss my Kearny Family so much! If you're looking for the hometown bank where they greet you by name, this is the bank for you!

I've been banking for 30 years I've never been treated as well as I have been by Kearny Bank. I can name only one bank rep from any previous banks I've done business with. I know Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager Melinda J Allen and her staff by name and more impressive is they know me. She is knowledgeable, capable and a truly caring person. She cares about me, my business and actually works to help me grow my business. I never thought it possible to have a banking experience as positive as this. To Melinda J Allen and all at Kearny Bank from multiple branches I THANK YOU!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!
