LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I drive almost 45 minutes just to shop here. The store is enormous and offers a variety of crafting options for everyone. The employees here are so kind and helpful. They also have a beautiful VIKING SEWING GALLERY with an AMAZING Manager named Nicole who goes out of her way to help each and every customer who comes to her for help. I know she's been a Godsend to me and so many like me!

What nasty and rude cashier(s). I went there TODAY (5.3.24) with my mother for some yarn. I usually shop at MICHAELS, so I was unfamiliar with the new APP. When I asked the cashier (I wish I took notice of her name, I thought about going back in to get it, but opted not to) if I should have her scan the barcode, she said "Of course - you need to do that every time", to which I replied "sorry, I don't shop here much". After ringing up the order (both me and my mom's), I thought I could fit all of the yarn (there were only 3 additional skeins and 2 paper bags) in the other 2 bags; I couldn't. So I asked her for a bag to which she replied "Well, I was going to give you a bag but you said NO I CAN FIT IT IN THE OTHER BAGS in a high pitched, MOCKING voice. I am APPALLED at the behavior and the attitude of RUDE people who obviously shouldn't be dealing with the public and PEOPLE. I won't be returning. I'll order online to avoid the nasty, misery that resides here, in the Toms River, NJ store.

I love doing business with Joann Fabics in Toms River.. The employees are so helpful and go the extra mile to help with a smile. I would give them 10 stars I could.

This woman Kathrine at the cutting counter was soooooo nice to me! She gave me so much help!! I knew NOTHING? about fabric cutting, but she took control and helped me out a ton! Lots of love to whoever that women was! ?someone get her a scissor!!!!✂️✂️✂️

Ordered foam for my daughter she paid out of her own birthday money ordered 9th November after numerous emails no one is getting back to me and a very heart broken 11 year old who was planning to use it for her costume for school play.
