I was very satisfied with my purchase. Jim has great cars at a reasonable price, Absolutely pleased with my purchase and service given by Jim. I purchased a Hyundai and was very happy. Fair and honest, and not pushy, total time i was their was less then an hour. Thank you Jim

Everything was so amazing in the car buying process. I didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They where helpful with what I was looking for knowledgeable and straight forward. Have a great selection of good quality vehicles.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. First off, i came to Jim's auto with my grandmother, my sister, and my fiancé. We've been looking at cars to buy and since i go to school right by here i decided to check it out. Let me start off by saying the woman who works here with the blondish hair, is probably the rudest person i think i have ever met in my life. She had such a bad attitude the entire time my family was completely disgusted. I however was trying to give the benefit of the doubt and just kept looking at the cars. My fiancé works on cars so he knows when somethings wrong or not. After we have started all the cars ( the ones we were interested in anyway) and he had a chance to look and listen to them all, not one of them was in excellent condition or near so, everything had issues. And everytime he told me that, the woman had such a snarky childish remark, saying the cars had nothing wrong with them. Moral of the story, i would never step foot in this lot again. So unprofessional and completely childish.

I had an awful experience with Jim's Auto Sales. Came in at 9:30 when they said they were open but nobody was there. Called twice asking when they open, got a call back at 2:30 saying they would open at 3:00. I get there, they gave me the keys to go downstairs and look at the car myself. I wanted to put a down payment on it. They said they would call their boss and he'd get back to me in 20 minutes. Get a call an hour and a half later. Said he would get back to me with the specific numbers. Waited another hour. No call. Go back to the place. They said his boss left and I wouldn't be able to pick up the car today. Anybody with a good review of this place is a fake ad.
