I had a wonderful expiration with Carolina. She went above and beyond to help me get my new apt. She was so helpful, kind and considerate. I would recommend anyone looking to go see her.

don't even bother living here! they never fix anything.. if your ac fridge not working takes weeks for someone to come check! bathrooms get mold! and they don't do anything about it. Karolina is rude and loud. always want rent on time if not you get charged late fee!!! but they're never on time to fix anything around the apartmeant. the worst place to live. because they don't care about the people who live here. laundry room the machines are always broken! nothing works! don't waste your money and time here

Never before have I had such a smooth application and move-in process. I've had a lot of apartments in my day and Karolina has thus far been an amazing landlord (landlady?) and I see myself staying here as long as I live in Jersey.Amazing view, fair rent, and the place is huge!

I'm extremely thankful to Karolina, the Leasing Consultant, for her dedication, organization, follow-through, witty spirit, and most importantly her strength. I feel comfortable knowing that Karolina is handling it she provides a sense of security and safety she is in the know of what's going on and updates the residents. She made the transition from joining the community to assisting me with any questions or concerns that I may have along the way. I would also like to thank Joe, one of the maintenance employees, for not only assisting with what needed to be fixed in my apartment but also for his kindness.Thank you to the team here very happy to be a part of the community.

I was very disappointed on the communication between me and the leasing agent. Before paying the application fee I asked what information was needed, she told me the information which I had so me and my bf continued with the application process and paid $82 each. After I was approved all of a sudden more information was needed, no matter what information I provided it seems like it was never enough. If I would of known all the information they required I would of never applied saving both of us $82 each and this is why I asked at the beginning. Just very discouraging how someone can just no be up forward from the beginning and wasted my time and money.

Carolina is the best, and maintenance staff does a great job. It's older buildings, but grounds are well kept and apartments are nice.

it should get zero star. they have a laundry room but it never works properly. sometimes the dryer charged but work sometimes the washing machines not work properly. but they don't care about that. It freaking sucks that I ever seen.

I cannot say enough good things about Karolina and Karen at Jamestowne Village Apartments. They are an excellent team! From the moment I moved in, they made me feel welcome and taken care of. They are both friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns that I had. Any issues or problems I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. The management keeps its residents informed about any events, issues, changes or emergency situations by sending text messages. The rent payments can be made via website that is very user friendly. The apartment itself is very affordable when compared to other complexes in the area. The location is unbeatable - close to parkway exits, shopping and beaches.

they broke my security and safety and illegally unlocked my doors and let someone into my apartment without verifying if the person was me or not and my home was destroyed.

Don’t ever put in an application they’ll just rob you of 70 dollars if you want places there’s walnut bay apartments down the street and paradise club house.
