Had an intermittent starting problem. Took it in for service. They couldn’t reproduce the problem cause it is intermittent. But according to experience and another neighbor who was a 40 year GM mechanic, it was determined to be my starter.
Very friendly people to work with.
Will see if it was the starter or not but I’m confident that it was.
Go there for service !!

Try charging $1500.00 for a fuel pump for a 2007 Buick Lacrosse. And charge me almost charges me $500 to play around with exhaust. They do anything... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! STAY AWAY ??????? FIRST MECHANIC VISIT IN TOMS RIVER since moving from Pa. Robbery

I went because a tire was loosing air pressure. The worker behind the desk was very courteous. They took my car in right away. About 15 minutes later they were finished. They removed a piece of plastic from my tire. The price was great. It's wonderful to have an auto repair shop that you can trust.

I would absolutely leave negative stars if I could. My grandmother was a long time customer of Holiday, putting lots of trust in them. Recently, they told her she needed a new catalytic converter, so I gave it a look-over. Yeah, her granddaughter is a mechanic. They have no reason why it would or could be the cat and, shocker, that’s because there was no reason. Point blank, they tried to take advantage of her. It’s easy to tell an older woman her cat is bad, sell her on over 1k worth of work and then get extra money off the cat at the junk yard, huh? Disgusting. She took her car else where, with the clean condition it’s in, found a simple solution to her check engine light being on. I’m glad I caught this.. and I’m also glad I convinced her to NEVER go to this place again.

From scheduling to picking my vehicle up, The service couldn’t be any better!! They always call with the diagnosis and explain options, the work is done expeditiously and professionally! Long review but its needed to explain the whole situation.
I had taken my jeep to craig and lisas back in feb 2024 to stop my jeep from overheating. They charged me $497 to replace a belt and thermostat. I called C&L in march 2024 because the jeep was still overheating and they told me well something else is the problem not the thermostat. I replaced the radiator, water pump, and fan assembly. I was on my way from the auto store with more parts to fix this overheating issue when My jeep overheated to the point where I had to pull over. I pulled over in the lot next to holiday service center and was in tears because I was at a complete lost in what to do now. Lucky Fred was there and came over and helped me. I was a nervous wreck waiting to figure out what the issue was. Fred replaced the thermostat (original done by c&l ) and volia the jeep was fixed and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg to fix the issue. I also had my jeep by within a couple hours. I cannot express how grateful i am for fred and the holiday service center. Thank you guys so much! They all deserve a pay raise

I have the car wash monthly deal. I can go once a day if I want to.with allbthat pollen in the air I went daily.. its convenient and they're friendly.
