Horrible, I took a brand new suit never worn just to be pressed. When went back to pick it up the owner tried to pretend like I brought the suit there damaged. It had rust stains on it and looked like they didn’t press it. I told the owner that he knows good and darn well that stain was not on that brand new suit when I brought it in. The dishonesty of it all. He is not good with giving a direct answer on when you can pick up your items either. Terrible business practice.

Very polite Gentleman, they have a lot of work so it might take awhile to get something fixed but it's worth it .Getting my winter jacket fixed ahead of time , thanx so much.

NEVER USE THEM. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES, YOU WILL HAVE MORE STAINS ON YOUR CLOTHES AFTER PICKING IT UP, I DON’T KNOW WHAT MACHINES THEY USE BUT IT RIPPS YOUR SHIRTS AND YOU WILL PICK IT UP WITH HOLES IN THEM AND THEY WILL NEVER REIMBURSE YOU. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU BROUGHT THAT IN SAME CONDITION. BOTTOM LINE IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CLOTHES THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO. I’VE HEARD TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM BUT NEVER BELIEVED IT TILL ACTUALLY HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY RUINED MY JACKET WHICH SHRANK, STAINED MY SHIRT AND RIPPED MY OTHER SHIRT. WORST OF THE WORST NEVER EVER GO THERE WORST SERVCE I EVER EXPERIENCED.

DO not do business here!!! I was coming here for years spent thousands and thousands of dollars here! I dropped my uncle coat here for it to be re done! The owner lost it or sold my coat! Didn’t care about anything after the thousands of dollars I spent there and all the Referal’s i sent there! After I explained to him the value of that coat and what it meant he responded hope you have the recite. After all the years of doing business there. That’s how he treated me horrible horrible horrible place TRUST ME ALL THE CLITGES THAT YOU SEE HANGING UP ARE CLOTHES HE IS SELLING I AM BEYOND UPSET. His worker Edith takes your clothes to her house doesn’t even do the work there. I’m telling anyone who goes here please take my advise do not do not do business here. Please take the extra drive to some place else do not do business at this place!!!!
