“We had unexpected company last night. I was on my way home and got a text from my husband, so I stopped at Wallachs and grabbed a few things. I got so many compliments about the food and I have to say I agree, everything tasted like it was from a high end restaurant ; eggplant pie, stuffed artichoke hearts *which are incredible*, focaccia, a HUGE perfectly ripe tomato and fresh mozz, and 6 giant pieces of crumb cake which I cut into smaller bites. We ate like kings and queens and I didn’t have to do a thing!!! So affordable too, I was shocked. This is my new go to when I have company. Holy smokes, get the artichokes. You’re welcome.”

“I ordered a specialty pull apart cupcake Memorial Day weekend. Two other local supermarkets refused the order without 2 days notice and couldn't complete the specifications. The bakery clerk at Stop and Shop was so helpful and confident in the store's decorator. The cake was ready when promised and was delicious, expertly decorated and received rave reviews from our guests. Stop and Shop will now be our bakery of choice.”
“This is normally the supermarket I use to fill in a couple items here and there when necessary mainly because it's more conveniently located, even if their prices are normally higher. That being said, they normally have a good selection of fresh produce that is decently priced and Boars Head cold cuts which I love. Today I was pleasantly surprised by their prices being a bit more reasonable and some great sales. I wish they had more "no sugar" items, but they are obviously on the upswing. I may even look at their circular from here on out. We'll see”

“Overall store is clean and the people seem to want to help you out, but my review is basically about the seafood department a young man named Tyler who help me out tonight selecting oysters and packaging for me. He was kind and courteous and willing to help a really nice personality trait in this day and age thank you Tyler. Hopefully your boss sees this and gives you some recognition. We need more young people like this”
“I wish I could give the manager Gary 20 stars for what I just witnessed in your store. An older gentleman was very very very rude to him getting very loud and close accusing him of having an agenda because he didn’t want to sell a certain drug to a child under 18. Being a manager myself Gary was only doing the right thing and following the law making sure the child doesn’t overdose on a drug he’s not allowed to legally purchase. Way to go Gary you were amazing!”
“While talking to a local man who frequently shops there. Lapalma Grocery is great for picking up everything from fresh produce to jumex juice. It's family owned and family friendly. Some staff are bilingual and some not. Staff have a diverse age group and appreciate you stopping by.”

“This particular Dollar General is located just outside my neighborhood so it's convenient for me to go to this one. However, it's very messy and not very well stocked. The employees are overworked and dragging through their day. I've had a few vent to me about working 70+ hrs a week, every new employee they higher quits within the 1st few days. I see the same 2 women employees working daily. It's quite obvious that the brunt of this store's operation is on their shoulders. They are unable to keep up with the daily tasks with it just being them. You can see that the store is taking a big hit and is becoming run down. It's a mess.. plastic on the floors, many palettes of merchandise are taking up the floors every which way you turn. Something needs to he done.”
“BJ's tire service in Toms River is great. Special shout-out to Pat who helped me through warranty issues. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped me save some money in the process. Get more people like him! I will continue to buy tires from BJ's. They stand behind their products!”

“I have been ordering ShopRite fromhome every single week for almost 2 years now. I picked it up every single week. They really are a great group of employees working in that department. There is only 1 unpleasant blonde woman who always makes my experience uncomfortable. I don't even understand how she still is employed there. Any time I have a question and/or problem she is the last person I want to speak to. My 3 top favorite workers are: Hope, an older gentleman with glasses, and a younger gentleman with glasses! They make my life so much easier and I am so grateful for them! This is the best ShopRite around.”
“It was a Saturday. My wife's pain medication had just been prescribed as well as having a new plan days before all became the perfect storm. Suffering from stage 4 cancer my wife was in severe pain but due to being placed on a new plan that was forced on her by social security it wouldn't go through. These folks at this pharmacy went above and beyond to try and help my wife. They were kind and helpful beyond any standard. Genuine care for our situation. Hail to these people for their kindness and going out of their way to help us.”

“Good clean bathroom. The Toms River Walmart bathroom exudes cleanliness and comfort, making it a pleasant experience for visitors. I ran out of toilet paper and a nice employee named Quanteesha came in and offered me toilet paper. The toilet paper was excellent, perfect 3 ply and felt so soft on my behind. I often stop by and buy menstruation pads and continue to the bathroom to continue my business. Thanks Walmart!”
“They are very accommodating ,their employees are well informed and eager to help you find what you need! As I am an elder sometimes going up and down rows of products is hard for me to do.
